Choosing Trupanion for Pet Insurance has been the best decision I've made since getting our dog. My rambunctious puppy loves to play and he plays hard. One time, he took it too far and ended up fracturing his knee. It was devastating to hear the vet tell us his knee was fractured and that he would require surgery. She then began having the "can you afford it" talk with us. Fortunately, we had gotten pet insurance. One call to Trupanion and the pre -approval for the surgery was done in two hours. Our vet doesn't do direct bill so we paid the bill and received our claim from Trupanion in just one week. Our puppy has recovered splendidly and we have been so happy with the service we have received from Trupanion. Service is quick and always friendly.

Embrace is excellent
We brought home 2 Golden Retriever puppies last March. After reviewing many plans we selected Embrace. It turned out that one of pups has an autoimmune disease/disorder and Embrace has helped us provide the quality care that she needed/needs.

Zeus is a special bread of a dog being a Giant Schnauzer who is very active. Having need surgery was the tough decision to make and put a pet through that. They just don't understand what's going on and the cost is crazy. Torn tendon is a bad deal which could tear completely. I am thankful for VIP Pet Insurance it made the decision much easier. Highly recommend VIP you never know what can happen to your pet who is a member of your family.

Amazing Experience
My 6 month old kitten broke her leg badly. The surgery was to be $2000. I have had major issues with animals in the past and decided to get pet insurance on these two. Thank goodness got Healthy Paws. They have made a stressful situation with my poor broken kitten easy and painless. I submitted my first claim and had a resolution within 2 days. Hopefully, I do not have to repeat the experience but it is good to know that Sadie can be given the finest medical treatment without a fight with my husband.

I have been thoroughly impressed with HealthyPaws' claim department. When I first obtained insurance here almost 3 years ago, the first claim was for a mere $200 and they did a very thorough background and were scrupulous with getting information to form a baseline about my Rocky's then existing health conditions. Having managed medical malpractice litigation myself personally, I see the value in their meticulous preparation in this. Thereafter, they have been a most responsive, thorough and quick paying team of pros, surprising and exceeding my expectations. Rocky has recovered completely and has even flown with me now and we are very happy with the doctor who performed the surgery and his insurance carrier. Thank you!

Fast response and great customer service!
Can't believe how seamless a process this was. We adopted a pitbull puppy and immediately got her pet insurance. Six week later she broke her tibia bone. We got fully reimbursed for a VERY expensive surgery and all I had to do was take a pic of the vet bill and upload it to the Healthy Paws app. I have received a phone call and voicemail, all just to check in on how my sweet pup is doing and I'm so impressed with this service. Worth every penny and we will be Healthy Paws customers throughout this puppy's lifetime and for our future pets to come.
