I am very pleased with Embrace Insurance. I have had them now for the past two years and have been fortunate to never having to use them. That all changed this year, my cat Teddy injured his tail. I know that any one who has a pet would do whatever it takes to make them better to almost no end. Sometimes that can be costly, and can make you feel like you are underwater with no where to go. But not me. No, thanks to Embrace, quick claim response and awesome sauce customer service I was able to do what was needed to make my cat feel better. I cannot say enough good things about you all at Embrace. I have been telling all my friends with pets, you cannot go wrong with Embrace. Go on, let them Embrace you!

THE BEST!
Unfortunately my puppy (Sully) like most loves to taste test EVERYTHING! Earlier this week I noticed her appetite decreasing and vomiting started, immediately we went to the vet. To make a long story short after what seemed like a lifetime of back and forth visits and testing at the vet, we discovered a foreign object inside of her. She ended up having a major surgery last Tuesday and I ended up with a $3700.00 vet bill. Truepanion has been a life saver for me and my baby Sully. I've received regular emails with updates on Sully's claims and in lease than 1 week Trupanion has already started paying them. Their emails and customer service representatives are extremely personable, always acknowledging Sully throughout the conversations. My animals are my family and Trupanion understands that! Because of their fast turn around on claims and kindhearted staff I couldn't be happier with my choice for pet insurance. Thank you Trupanion for making this difficult time a little easier and stress free for Sully and I.

Excellent Peace of Mind
My dog had a sudden, critical illness that required more than one hospitalization through urgent care. Healthy Paws gave me the reassurance that I would have assistance with managing this sudden, unexpected expense. Outstanding Customer Service
I had to race my 5 year old Labradoodle to the emergency room. I hadn't put in a claim to Trupanion since I started the insurance a year before. As I waited for the ER doc, I called Trupanion. The service rep. was so compasionate and immediately faxed the paperwork to the ER. I called later to check in and, again, the rep. was extremely helpful. The following day, I took my dog to her regular vet for a follow up. Then filed all the paperwork for a claim. Each step of the way, Trupanion emailed me the status, contacted all my previous vets to gather my dog's records. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get reimbursed. My checks are in the mail after 2-1/2 weeks. Everyone person I talked with at Trupanion was remarkable and very, very helpful. I highly recommend this company to everyone. I have neverr had such wonderful customer service.

Trupanion-Nice when things work
It's nice when things work the way they are supposed to. Our 185 lb, six year old mastiff came down with a sudden systemic infection and spent 4 days in doggie ICU. The cost of ICU plus medications for the month following landed us with almost $7,000 in vet bills. Situations like this are exactly why you enroll with pet insurance: It takes cost out of the equation when trying to save your pet's life. Trupanion delivered on their promise by helping us get the best medical care for our pet without the worry of how we were going to pay for it. Within 4 days of filing our claim with Trupanion, we received an email that our claim had been processed. Within 12 days we received our check from Trupanion. They paid the exact amount we had expected... 90% of our claim, following our deductible. They only disallowed about $300 of the claim. This is far superior to other pet insurance companies we've used over the years for other pets. It's nice when things work the way they should. We highly recommend Trupanion over other pet insurance plans.

Thank goodness for Healthy Paws!
Our 4 month old Westie had to have an emergency endoscopy last weekend. The procedure was necessary and thankfully successful. Hours later we left with medicine and a substantial bill but most importantly a groggy but healthy puppy. The next day, I submitted our paperwork to Healthy Paws and they were wonderful to work with. Exactly one week after the procedure, we received a reimbursement check. We are so thankful that we had insurance. We have been pet owners for over 30 years but this is the first time we ever had insurance. It was one of the best decision we've made.
