Awesome customer service and coverage
I have 2 pups aged 6 months. Unfortunately I have had to make a number of claims for both pups due to them getting parvo (before all their immunizations)and just recently another claim when the female pup suffered some serious gastric issues.(Thousands of dollars) All claims were paid promptly, the last one approved within 24 hours. When my male pup needed a transfusion they phoned me at home to let me know it was covered and put my mind at ease. I was always skeptical of pet insurance, but this company has totally changed my views.I can't say enough about the peace of mind you have knowing that your pets medical issues will not leave you broke. Their staff are pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend them.

My fur baby Precious has been with Healthy Paws for almost a year now. Recently she had stopped eating, sleeping alot and was just plain sick. To her vet and she was diagnosised with gastritis and possible borderline pancreatitis. Vet bills topped over 600.00. With Healthy Paws compassionate care and fast review of the medical bill and her medical history we recived 90% back with a little over 80.00 out of pocket. All I can say is wow. If your a pet parent and are looking for insurance which I highly recommend, then you definetly should consider Healthy Paws for its fast ,courteous and compassionet care. They do care, they will help and they will listen to your concerns and above all else their monthly premiums are reasonable compared to the cost of vet bills today. Service was great and very caring
My cat Rusty was acting very strange around his litter box. He was crying and couldn't urinate. To make a long story short, I took him to the vet right away and the vet said he had a urinary blockage. I submitted my claim to the ASPCA insurance and was reimbursed very quickly. Also, someone called me twice to see how Rusty was doing. I thought that was terrific!

Our dog recently had intestinal issues and we went to a local vet who accepted our insurance. There was no issue with payment and now our dog is fine.

PHENOMINAL PET INSURANCE
My puppy Champ (Pekingnese) just had liver shunt surgery about a month ago. it was a very expensive surgery totaling about $6000 when you consider everything that was a part of this (checkups, blood tests, cat scans, surgery itself,follow ups,etc). TruPanion was there and covered everything I expected them to..with no complaints from them. They were also very quick to turnaround my claim. I submitted on a Friday and by Tuesday it was paid! unbelievable! My freaking medical insurance isn't as good as this. I will never go with any opther provider again going forward thats for sure. TruPanion rocks
