02/08/2012 - The LabraMutts and their Pet Parents: The new options in Wellness Rewards and Wellness Rewards Plus are fantastic! Who can turn down a free $101.00 or $51.00? Smart move for Embrace to encourage better preventive treatments! We've never been disappointed since we signed up for a policy on all 3 of our shelter/rescue dogs in June 2007. We love being able to pick and choose coverage that fits our budget - in our case we were originally looking for major illness/accident coverage. However, when the Wellness Rewards Program started, we jumped on that, too! They were there for us through the tough times when our eldest dog, Homer, was diagnosed with osteosarcoma and wasn't with us long after his diagnosis. They are there now as we make decisions regarding a total hip replacement for the youngest dog, Justy, even offering ideas to help our situation (live in a house on 14' stilts requires a full flight of stairs to enter and exit the house - a BIG no-no for a few weeks after this procedure). We love being Embraced by Embrace Pet Insurance!

Quickest service on anything ever. You are notified when the claim is received, notified as they process the claim and notified when the claim is settled. They received my claim on a Monday and I had my check on Friday. NO ONE gives such great service. Much better than my own insurance company. I love Trupanion. I've had three claims (same issue) and all were processed with the speed of light. Incredible ! And the people are truly animal lovers and care. I switched my dog from an all natural premium food to a grain free and he had nothing but gasto intestinal problems... the x-rays were expensive and the treatment and he is still on a mild stomach pill. The expense was enormous and I am so glad I invested in pet insurance for my two dogs. Bleu is a blue tick hound and while he eats anything weird, grain free is not for him. Thank you Trupanion for covering all my expenses.

I have three dogs under Embrace and the turn around time on claims are great. The staff is caring and calls or contacts you if there are any questions which is great. Mala, Zsa-Zsa,and Mazsa give Embrace 5 Paws Up :-).

Do not waste money on ASPCA insurance
took one and a half months to find out that the coverage is not what they advertised and what I believed I am paying for, nothing was covered in the claim. (I have level 3 and $100 deductible, so only expected a small amount back anyway) Have now read other reviews on another site (easy to find, Google aspca pet insurance) and find that many people have the same or worse problems with non-coverage of their claim. I am cancelling with this company as I don't want to have them tell me my vet is too expensive, when they are actually reasonable for my area. I would rather put the over $500 a year into an account and pay it myself.
