It is the website- I was completely blocked from signing in- It could not process my password, my phone # or my email- I had to call to let them know that my dog had died- I am unable to access any records online. It is so frustrating for the care of my other dogs.

I had to submit a claim for my dogs…
I had to submit a claim for my dogs surgery to remove a tumor. I submitted the claim and at first it was incomplete, and I was notified of what I needed to submit. I called to get clarification and the person at spot was very helpful andprofessional. My claim was approved in a timely manner so far, very pleased with the whole process.

Smooth easy claim process and quick turn around. I thought I would be waiting for weeks for a reply. 4 days later I had my answer and reimbursement for my pets surgery was 16 hours later!! Extremely impressed!!
