My baby Lucy became very ill and started having seizures one after the other, we had several vet visits and they had to send us to a Neurological Specialist. We did finally find out what she had, after a MRI and spinal tap,which was an auto-immune disease, it is Granulomatous Meningoencephalitis, it was a very expensive trip, but I am happy to say Lucy has been seizure free for a month now!! Trupanion Pet Insurance is the best, they have paid all of our claims without any hesitation!! I have put my other two dogs on the same insurance now as a result of their great care! Thanks Trupanion!!

A Gift For Peace of Mind
We have been so fortunate to have found Pets Best. This is our second pet to have been insured by the company and they have been wonderful. Both pets had to have hip surgery and Pets Best was right there with all the help we needed. Last pet became ill on a Friday night and we went to University Of Florida veterinary school for treatement. It was so nice to say "we don't care" when they would say "this procedure may be a little costly."

The poster child of horrible insurance.
Slow claims process. Expect weeks for initial claim and then many more week for appeal. Pay out percentages are horrible. Cannot use it in first 12 months. They deny everything for a myriad of reasons. Expect them to drag their feet and request more paper work. After a 6 month claim process with multiple claim disputes and their various reasons for denying (mostly requesting more info). They finally denied saying it happened in first 12 months of coverage. Why didn't they say that in month 1? This is all under the high dollar $70 a month plan. Horrible company. Very disappointed.

Embrace is Great!
Embrace is so easy to work with - they're customer service is consistently great - good attention to detail, thorough, polite and helpful. I've insure our dog Stella with Embrace for the past 6 years and we just added our new kitten Biscuit. Trupanion is the way to go!
I cannot thank Trupanion enough. We recently rescued a beautiful 5 year old Mastiff named Monty who the owners were going to put down. With no history on him we brought him to the vet and made sure he got all of his shots and a check up. He was given a clean bill of health until his blood work came back and he tested positive for heart worm. It was heart breaking but we made the decision to treat him. The first week was really rough but Monty is a fighter and three weeks after treatment he is full of life and doing great.I really didn't think the insurance was going to cover it because it was so soon after we got him and we didn't have any history on him. It make me happy to make that payment every month to know that both of my dogs will always be taken care of!

Trupanion is the way to go!

Cannot think of being with our Embrace
Our Great Dane is now 17 months old. I searched the internet for pet insurance companies and Embrace always had great reviews. They always update me whenever I send in a claim. Always easy to speak to as well. We have only had minor issues with our dogs ears and skin and Embrace has reimbursed us without any question. Happy to reccomend them to everyone.

BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!
This is the first time I have ever had pet insurance and I was kind of unsure when I got it on my maltese "Toby". Little did I know he would get sick at 1 year old. Wonderful experience!
We signed up with Healthy Paws after adopting our puppy as they were recommended to us as being the best insurance company. A month after we got our puppy Cocoa, she hurt her knee and needed surgery. It was a tough time for us, but having Healthy Paws made things that much easier. After Cocoa's procedures, I scanned in all her vet's medical records and invoices for our claim. Within a day, Healthy Paws emailed us to let us know they needed the records from the hospital but that they were happy to call the hospital and obtain them for us. Since this was our first claim, they mentioned it may take a little longer to process, but we had our reimbursement check in our hands within 2 weeks after the claim. Everything was covered that they said would be. There were no questions asked. We also received an email from Healthy Paws a few weeks afterwards to check in on Cocoa. Based on their efficiency and professionalism, I would highly recommend Healthy Paws!
