Healthy Paws Has Been AMAZING!!!
Super fast about processing your claim. SO FRIENDLY! These people obviously love pets and seem to really enjoy helping make your experience as smooth and stress free as possible. My cat has needed two unexpected surgeries and both times HP has been amazing. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Top notch health insurance
We are extremely pleased with our Trupanion policy. The staff are knowledgeable, empathetic, and efficient. Our claims for Izzy's care have been handled in a very timely manner. We believe pet insurance is a must. Izzy had a mass on her spleen. She was very sick last July (2014) and needed specialty care. During a followup visit the ultrasound showed that the mass was darker in color and surgery was needed. We have a happy pup today.

I can not say enough good things about Trupanion. I was so sacred when my cat got sick..but I didn't hesitate to take him to emergency. I enrolled him when he was a year old and he had been really healthy. I was so impressed with the service I got trying to submit my claims and the prompt reimbursement. I tell everyone I know who has pets to get them enrolled with Trupanion.

I've never had a claim denied, they've never given me the run around when it comes to processing the claim and so far all of my claims have been processed within 3 days of being submitted, with a cheque coming within 5 business days after that. I am SO glad that I picked Trupanion as my dogs insurance provider.

Grateful in New Mexico
At the time our Boodi came down with pancreatitis (we had a maltese die from this years ago), the last thing we needed to worry about was the cost. ASPCA Pet Insurance came thru like a champ as they always have done. The claim process is easy and the reps are caring and knowledgable. The check came quickly and helped defray the cost of 3 days in the hospital, tests, etc. We are so grateful. Thank you again ASPCA.

Amazing Customer Service
My dog broke a tooth. I contacted Embrace to see if it would be covered under his accidental plan. And to my surprise, it is. All of the customer service representatives have been extremely helpful and their concern for my dog was genuine. I am so very happy with Embrace!
