Top Notch
I cannot say enough good things about embrace ... they handled my claims with professionalism with constant reminders that the claims are being reviewed and even processed them quicker than my own medical insurance plan.. I would recommend embrace to any pet owner..

Great communication
I really appreciated how they would keep me updated on the progress of the claim, helpful to know where it was in the review.

Great company!
The customer service is excellent, there is always someone available to answer my questions. I get timely responses and everyone is super nice. Luckily we haven't needed the accident coverage yet, but the wellness rewards pay off each year! Both of our dogs are covered and it's worth it for the peace of mind if anything serious were to ever happen.

Skeptical about Pet Ins? Don't be. Call Embrace
We've rescued several dogs over the years but after purchasing an English Mastiff from a breeder, we did some research and found that pet insurance was a good idea. We bought it from Embrace after researching several companies and their prices and options. Embrace was the clearest to understand and had the options we felt we needed. Our dog is about 17 months old now and very healthy, thankfully. But having Embrace gives us the peace of mind that later in life, should there be issues, she will be covered. Two options I like most: the ability to change your deductibles, which greatly impacts your annual premium and also the "flexible spending account" option. That's probably not the correct name but it allows me to spend money on anything, routine or not and then be reimbursed to a certain extent. I pay about $30/mo. to cover our baby. I pay $100/mo. for my car and $131/mo. for my house. This is well worth the $30!

Excellant coverage
I have 3 dogs and 1 cat. Without ASPCA pet insurance I would never have been able to afford the diagnosis and ongoing treatment for my dog with Addison's disease. Fortunately the vet that repaired her CCL injury advised me to get pet insurance and I followed the advice. I had the policy on all my animals 2 years prior to the Addison's diagnosis. I did my homework and found that ASPCA was one of the best pet insurances and they have lived up to that reputation.

Very very poor
I had two days left on my initial free coverage and signed up for complete coverage for my lab. Approximately three weeks later my lab got an incomplete fracture and had to have the bone in her front leg screwed together. When I called Trupanion they said that my dog was not covered as something had gone wrong with the website when I had used it and they had their own IT people look at it but have just denied everything. They told me that they could see that I had used the screen but said that it was too bad because it did not go through. What else would they say as to have to pay out right away would not be good for the company so by telling me that my coverage did not go through, they were able to save some money. My advice to people is to look elsewhere for coverage.
