Healthy Paws is the best!
After much research I decided to go with Healthy Paws for a few reasons:Reasonable premiums Healthy Paws company is financially healthy No fine print in the contract, very simple 90% coverage available with 100.00 deductible My two claims were processed immediately with no quibbling about coverage terms and limits. Love that! I could say a lot more good things but I'm out of space to type.

One of our dogs has needed to use her insurance often for different reasons.Most recently though, she needed her meds refilled for her ongoing thyroid condition. As promised Trupanion reimbursed us for the medication at the rate of $90. My only concern is the rate increases that we are told are area wide. Once your dog becomes older you aren't really able to access reasonable rates.

Best pet insurance ever!!!
Claims are paid quickly and at 90% of covered items. The communication via email is wonderful as well. They let you know they received the claim & how much they will pay. Are also concerned about the pet's health.

Beyond pleased & thankful for Healthy Paws!
We are beyond pleased and thankful for the extensive coverage and superior customer service Healthy Paws has provided for our dog, Remington. When Remington injured his knee and needed major surgery, Healthy Paws made it possible for him to receive the best possible medical care available. Claims were filed with just a click of a button and our reimbursement checks were in the mail within a week! On top of this, Healthy Paws checked in throughout Remington's recovery to send him hugs and see how he was doing. It is truly amazing how Healthy Paws helped to make a rather difficult and stressful time a lot easier. We highly recommend Healthy Paws and have encouraged our pet-parent friends to check them out! Good coverage, good service
My dog Charley is 7-1/2. We've had him with ASPCA since he was 8 weeks old. ASPCA has seen us through some tough times for Charley. This year Charley had to have surgery on both his hind legs when his tendons tore. Again ASPCA helped defray the costs. I've never had a single problem filing or receiving payment for a claim be it for annual checkups or major surgery.

Reliable
Healthy paws has been 100% reliable and amazingly easy to work with since the day we signed up. We rescued our puppy Remy about eight months ago and since then she has had multiple trips to the er. She seems to get everything that goes around, i.e. Giardia, canine influenza, as well as the usual Labrador puppy chewing and digesting toys. Thanks to healthy paws we are always able to get her the best possible care and she is now a happy healthy one year old. They are very responsive and attentive to Remy's health concerns and they even emailed me to check up on remy after our latest visit to the er. The healthy paws app is super easy and convenient. I just take a picture of the vet bill and submit it. They always process my claims within two days and send a check right away. The policies are very easy to understand and there are no surprises. The refund is always what I expect it to be. I really can't say enough good things about healthy paws. For an insurance company they seem to go above and beyond. I definitely recommend them to all dog owners.
