Thank you so much!!!!!!!

I have always been hesitant about getting pet (aka kid) insurance. I have 6 pekingese...3 whites and 3 partis. They are known for some health issues...backs, eyes, etc. But I broke down and got Embrace..upon the recommendation of my vet. They have been wonderful. I have submitted numerous claims for my pekes (and also have 2 Persians). Nothing has been a problem. Every claim is explained, the reimbursement is timely and never disputed...I feel like I am dealing with a member of my family. Highly recommend their coverage!!!!!!!!!!

Rapid reimbursement and excellent customer service

My 7 month old puppy recently had major complications from surgery. Within 5 days of submitting a claim, Pets Best reimbursed me! I received emails from the company through the whole process. I VERY happy with my insurance plan and my premium is very reasonable!

Love trupanion!

I am very pleased with the quality of service that trupanion has provided! Our Boston terrier Lily was diagnosed with bilateral luxatIng patellas a few months ago and she recently underwent her first knee surgery. Not only was our claim processed expeditedly but trupanion seemed genuinely concerned about Lily's progressed post-op!! Thank you trupanion for helping us take care of our little Lily!!!

This is a horrible plan

Make certain that you receive Clearly Identified Exclusions. Otherwise you will wind up paying premiums to no effect if your pet becomes ill with anything that can slide under their exclusions. I will Not recommend ASPCA pet health insurance to anyone. I plan to appeal for what I consider an unfounded decision.

Quick response

I have to say that Trupanion is very quick in processing a claim and sending out a cheque. Unfortunately, there are a number of things they don't cover (even in an illness or injury situation), so there always seem to be big deductions - resulting a somewhat small cheque. However, they are an insurance company, so I am not entirely surprised by that. My only hope is that, if I ever incur a massive bill (if my dog gets some terrible disease), I don't get an equally small cheque. That is, after all, why I pay hundreds of dollars annually for coverage.

Very Helpful

We have insurance policies on both of our dogs and the one time we submitted a claim for our bulldog the staff was very good about letting us know what they needed from us and prior vets, etc. We have these plans in effect for our dogs in the case of any major medical emergency...for minor things such as vaccine reaction checkups and the like we usually choose to just self pay. However, if you would like peace of mind knowing that your dog is covered in the event of a major accident or illness I highly recommed Embrace.
