I have a 6 years old mix breed chihuahua who suddenly became ill. She had blood in her stool and urine and we immediately went to the vet to have her checked. After testing her urine and blood and four different medication to battle other possible bacteria and infection, the vet came to the conclusion that it was UTI. After spending $575 and submitting my claim the same day, I was amazed to receive my reimbursement within a week's time. Thank you Embrace for your speedy process in handling my claim.

TRUPANION - THE BEST
This company I have used now for almost 5 years for my 3 rescue dogs and have had NOTHING but excellent customer service, patient reps that will take as much time with me as needed to explain anything I do not understand. I highly recommend TRUPANION 100% and hope to continue having the same relationship, excellent service, etc. I would also like to add my claim submissions and reimbursements are done so quick. Within 1-2 weeks at the most I have their check in my hands. I only wish I had know about pet insurance sooner. I have had rescue dogs now for about 40 years and have many different types of medical needs that are not all mentioned below. EXCELLENT COMPANY. Thank you so much for being the company you are.

Coccidia Infection
Our 1 year old Beagle/Basset mix developed a coccidia infection at random, we had no idea what was going on with her: nausea, diarrhea, lethargy. Having Trupanion allowed us to run all necessary diagnostics-through which we were able to detect the coccidia, and ensure nothing else was going on.
