INITIALLY, I WAS DOUBTFUL BUYING THIS INS FOR MY 2 DOGS,GEORGIE & SHEA. LAST TIME I SIGNED UP FOR PET INS WITH ANOTHER INS.COMPANY I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH. I'M VERY HAPPY TO SAY THAT PETBEST IS A QUALITY PET INS. COMPANY IN MANY WAYS.I'M ALWAYS SURE I'LL GET PAID CORRECTLY. NEVER A DOUBT. IF I QUESTION THEM AS TO A FEE OR A DEDUCTION I'M ALWAYS THE ONE THAT'S INCORRECT. I RECENTLY LOST (6/13/12) MY 13 YEAR OLD COCKER GIRL SHEA PESTBEST,IMMEDIATELY SENT US THE KINDESS MOST THOUGHTFUL CONDOLENCES. I HAVE HAD ONLY VERY GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH PETBEST FROM THE BEGINNING.
