My dog has only been to the vet for routine exams and to purchase flea medications. The reimbursement process is very quick and when you call you always get someone to help you on the phone. I am pleased with Embrace and I continue to refer all my friends with pets.

Excellent pet health insurance
My dog had a laceration on his lower eyelid that required emergency surgery. Subsequently, my dog required consultation with a specialist in eye problems. When the problem was resolved, I submitted the claim via email to Pets Best. The turnaround on the claim review was less than 24 hours. The amount I ultimately received was exactly as I expected. I have Pets Best insurance for six dogs. The basic accident and illness coverage has been most helpful. It is such a relief to get quick and easy turnaround with no surprises.

I have had my dog insured with AKC PetPartners for a little over three years. She ruptured her CCL and had TPLO surgery. AKC PetPartners paid $2,531.36 of her $3,164.20 bill for surgery. My reinbursement check came about a month after her surgery, which I would consider in a timely fashion.

Simply Unbelievable People and Policies
My 11 month old Labrador Retriever pup ate something outside and began sick enough to refuse food. I took him to the veterinary hospital. On being contacted, the claims person at Trupanion not only ensured that a pre-authorization was submitted but also informed me about Claims Express and then worked directly with the hospital to ensure that the claim was settled. I had to pay only the part that was not covered. And all I had to focus on was on my pup's recovery. Even the lady in customer service was very courteous and helpful. Thanks Trupanion
