Great company that really pays
I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company has been with me and my puppy. I bought this insurance early in my puppy's life because you just never know what might happen. I am so glad I did. He recently was diagnosed with a condition that required surgery. I was a bit nervous about whether or not it would be covered even though my policy said it would. Sometimes you just can't trust the language insurance companies use in their policies. But Healthy Paws reimbursed me for the surgery just as my policy stated with no questions asked, and in a very timely manner. I have real peace of mind now knowing that we really are covered for the rest of my little guy's life.

Embrace Response Made My Day
I am extremely happy about the conscientious concern that members of the Embrace team took with my first claim for Cory, my sweet 13-year-old cat. Albeit, it was just a claim for a wellness exam, but I was impressed with the swift acknowledgment of receipt of the claim and the quick positive response. I feel relieved about my decision to enroll my two senior kitties with Embrace. I'll be telling my friends that Embrace staff truly care!

excellent coverage
I have 2 yorkies. One of them has had to had both knees replaced and both of them have had a couple of teeth extracted. Trupanion has covered 90% of everything -- no better policy exists.

Best Pet Insurance Ever

A Little Peace of Mind
When I enrolled my four dogs in Healthy Paws pet insurance, I did so after a great deal of research and careful budgeting of my income. From past experience, I knew that pet surprises, illnesses, and accidents could rapidly put a huge hole in a household budget. I never wanted to experience that anxiety, on top of the anxiety of worrying about an ill pet, ever again. Recently, one of my Mexican Hairless dogs, Frankie, took it into his head to eat some rocks. And a piece of plastic. By the time his regular vet examined him he was going into shock. It was clear he needed immediate surgery and overnight care, and even with those interventions his prognosis was dicey. Frankie's vet referred him to a surgeon at the local emergency veterinary clinic. It was an immense relief to be able to tell that surgeon "do what you need to do and do it quickly" knowing that most of the cost of the interventions would be covered by Healthy Paws. It has been over a week since Frankie had part of his intestines removed, and he is just now getting back to his usual bouncy, loud, playful self. I am thrilled that he came through the surgery alive and well, and I am ALSO thrilled that Healthy Paws promptly processed the claim. Out of a surgical bill for nearly $3,200.00, Healthy Paws reimbursed over $2,600. Thanks, Healthy Paws, for taking some of the anxiety out of Frankie's recent health scare.

Life Saver
Submitting claims is easy, I know exactly what will be covered. Prices not too bad. Only drawback, and its the same with any pet insurance, is pre-existing conditions aren't covered. That's just dumb.

Best Decision We Have Made Regarding Our Pets
We have had good luck with our very healthy lab, Oliver. He is now 5 yrs. and this year is the first time I had to file any claims, unfortunately, we had to file two claims. One was earlier in the year for an unexpected surgery due to a lump that was thought to be cancerous and just recently, for an unexpected minor injury. Embrace was right on top of both claims and we have received reimbursement quickly. This insurance is such a blessing! My husband has been laid off for the past year and a half. We really were nervous about being able to afford the appropriate care that Oliver needed. Embrace has definitely taken that worry off our backs!

Great experience
the claim was handled swiftly and less my deductible, I was reimbursed for 90% of my expenses- which is the terms of my policy. They exceeded my expectations by never questioning any of the medical expenses.
