Our boxer was diagnosed with lymphoma requiring twelve weeks of treatments. Halfway through I was concerned about the continued costs. I called and received sincere compassion for what we were going through and help in beginning the claim process. Another phone call later was also handled expertly and respectfully, easing my concerns. I truly appreciate the customer care I have received.
