Fast and friendly settlement of insurance claims
My dog accidentally broke its leg. Trupanion was able to settle our insurance claim quickly. We were contacted by phone and email. We would do anything to keep our pets healthy and happy. Trupanion in my opinion has the healthy and happy philosophy for both clients and their precious pets. The only thing I could suggest is direct billing for pet emergency hospitals.

Be very careful to enroll
For the first claim I get different emails said I have nothing to do. After 18 days I found out they are still waiting doctor's note. I called vet to sent out all note to them. They denied my claim said due to pre existing condition. I have a 5 months old puppy who never had skin condition prior to waiting period. If they think skin condition was related to an urine tract infection, what you can do? I will cancel my policy today.

I AM GLAD WE HAD INSURANCE COVERAGE
It took over 6 weeks to get the claim handled. I had to make a number of calls to the ins company and the Vet.I received a nice amount towards a very large bill.

This company gets an A+ in every way from me! From day one, I have been treated with kindness, respect and personal attention. Great coverage in expensive area of US

Happy with this policy
My experience with Embrace has been very good. I especially like the Wellness program--which helps them as well as my animals to keep well. With the exception of one time, claims have been settled quickly and fairly. I wish they would extend their coverage to horses. I have had much better results from Embrace than from my horse insurance company.

I am more than pleased with Embrace .
My dog, 'precious' is a very active, young, lab/shephard mix. She was, suddenly, unable to bear weight on her back leg. Of course, it was a trip to the Vet. to see what was wrong.She had a cranial cruciate ligament tear. Currently she is doing well. It was reassuring to know that there was insurance for her. The e-mails from Embrace kept me informed on the progress of this claim. That was very reassuring. I hope I never have to put in another claim, but if so, I know Embrace will be right there. Thank you and I do encourage my friends and family to buy Ebrace.
