Trupanion claim
Claim was processed fast. Received it within a week. Love that there's 90% coverage on all medical treatments. Gives me a peace of mind and allows me to prioritize my dogs treatment over the cost of the treatment.

No Muss - No Fuss
The easiest process ever. Our Vet handled the forms. Trupanion called to say what was and what wasn't covered. We were so pleased that just about everything was covered. It paid for itself in this one claim. And the staff was very professional and courteous. Thank You!

Easy forms to complete and quick service on claim
This was the first claim I've filed and the people at ASPCA were very knowledgable and helpful when I filled out the forms, although the forms didn't really present any problems. As I've read in other reviews, the claim was responded to very quickly. The few questions I had when I didn't understand the coverage amounts were clearly and satisfactorily explained by an ASPCA rep. Bob did a great job -- I'm happy that my cat is covered by ASPCA health insurance. I hope I'll not have to use it again, but I'm happy it's there if needed. By the way, I have recommended ASPCA to friends who have signed on also.

Embrace Takes Sting Out of ER Visit
My 2 1/2 year Basset Hound has developed a penchant for eating nearly anything laying on the ground that often leaves him lethargic and with an upset tummy. Due to the recent incidence of canine influenza in MA, I was a bit more concerned and had him evaluated at the Vet ER. Thankfully, he was found to be a bit dehydrated and suffering from gastroenteritis. Glad to have Embrace coverage to take the sting out of our ER visit costs.

Excellent Experience No Hassle
Our 3 year old yellow lab Bella began limping on her left hind leg after an afternoon training session. After a few days with no improvement we visited our vet and was referred to a Vet Surgical specialty center. Torn ACL (CCL). Best option for her was a TPLO. Cost was $3250.00. We had taken out insurance a year ago and glad we did now. I was not sure how this was going to turn out so I called customer service and they were extremely reassuring on how to file the claim. Long story short, I submitted claim with all records on line on Monday. I received text they had my claim and by Thursday I had e-mail with EOB and Friday a e-mail saying check was in the mail and then another e-mail inquiring about how Bella is doing. This is the best experience I have had with any insurance and they paid off just like they advertise. No surprise.

EMBRACE: the best dog insurance company
I have been with EMBRACE now for 5 years with two dogs, and have not been disappointed once. Claims are handled expeditiously, and there are no surprises. My last claim was a whopper. My black lab has elbow dysplasia and needed a canine unicompartmental elbow (CUE). The bill was slightly over $5000 and per my policy, 80% was covered. I regret having to make a claim as this is a serious operation for my dog. Thanks to EMBRACE, in 6 months I should have my hiking companion back.

great
Trupanion did exactly what they said they would do.....very pleasantly and quickly.....I am almost 100% satisfied except....after spending all this money to alleviate violets problem..which was almost a miracle......the only problem I personally have now, is that since the osteomyelitis was in her mouth,,,,, prophylactic dental cleaning is recommended..... I am a nurse on disability..... got health insurance due to extremely fixed income......could really use help w the cleaning in this unusual situation...... otherwise I am 100% pleased w trupanion
