I am so impressed with the whole Trupanion team. They processed my claim quickly, but I was most impressed with their level of service. I was advised every step of the way re: the status of my claim, and all the people were so friendly. I really appreciate the personal and friendly service. Again, so so impressed!

I am very pleased with Trupanion . I usually deal with one person (Tricia Sellars) Which is nice to know if I need someone I have a specific person that helps me. Unfortunatley this past week my dog has become ill for some unknown reason. The ER could not find out anything wrong and keep doing test. I am SOOOO thankful for Trupanion because if it wasn't for the pet insurance my dog would not be here anymore because I would not be able to afford the medical bills. I LOVE TRUPANION AND TRICIA SELLRS IS A ASSETT to their team. She is one reason why I kept it. The team has been helpful everytime I call no matter who i talk to . I will always have this insurance on any dog I have. Still working on Peyton but I hope someone can help him.

Best Pet Insurance
In 3 weeks time I had 4 claims. 3 of them was for 1 cat and 1 was for my other cat. It seems that both are having respetory problems. Had x-rays blood work and med administered. I am so pleased how the claims were handled. they waste no time in processing your claims. I am so happy I picked Healthy Paws Ins. It is the best decision I have ever made. Doris( Mass)

Claims Handled Professionally and with Caring
Our two dogs had mishaps very closed together--one with an allergic reaction to new flea and tick medication and one a possible bite. Both required emergency hospital vet care. Embrace showed caring for our dogs in their reply to our claims. These were our first claims to meet the deductible and all was handle very satisfactorily.
