Pet’s Best!
Having this insurance made all the difference. I first heard about it from my Progressive car insurance. At the beginning it did take a minute to get reimbursed ( I think it was busy due to Summer) but after that all the claims were reimbursed in a timely manner. My beloved Max passed, so no longer have the insurance as of this week, but even during cancellation, they were caring and compassionate. If you have a pet, I recommend PetBest, the name says it all! I’m so grateful for having the Elite coverage for when I needed it.

Alicia was very friendly
Alicia was very friendly and conscientious. She researched my issue and even called me back when her computer was acting strange. She located the information i needed and emailed it to me. The only downsidof my experience was the phone answering system hung up on me without giving me the option to speak with an associate. I had to say i wanted a new plan to get to speak to a real person!

DO NOT sign up with this pet insurance…
DO NOT sign up with this pet insurance policy company. They have denied my dog coverage of a cardiac condition he developed as a result of his advanced age - 17 - claiming that it is excluded as a “congenital” disease. My vet wrote a letter in support explaining that my dog contracted mitral valve disease due to age-related circumstances and that it was never an issue before this, that no records in any exam indicated any cardiac issues in the past 16 years. Still, they denied coverage making this bogus claim. I’ve been a customer for 17 years and have paid well over thousands of dollars through the years, just for them to deny this??? My dog has hardly ever been ill before this incident. I am appalled at this company and would STRONGLY advise you to look elsewhere for your pet’s health insurance needs.
