Excellent Customer service, worth every penny!!
Our 1year 3mth old Bassett Hound got bloat. He needed emergency surgery and tonstay a few days in the emergency vet. Dreading the vet bills we were reassured with Healthy Paws. They made filling our claim easy and quick. Their customer service team went above and beyond to check on our dog, not just send a blanket email. We have had two other dogs with major medical problems but we didn't have insurance. This time we got it hoping never to have to use it, well we did. It was very reassuring know that we could afford to care for our dog. We thought the claim may take forever and that the insurance would be picky about what they covered, we were wrong. 100% wrong, Healthy Paws was fantastic!!!!

Healthy Paws the best!
Our dog needed emergency bladder surgery to remove a stone. Healthy Paws covered 90% of all costs less the one time examination fee and a $500. deductible. It was exactly what we were hoping for. They completed the claim within 24 hours! We got the check in 4 days. This would have cost us over $6000. Thanks so much healthy paws. Great customer service!

Excellent, simple, and reliable coverage.
We got Healthy Paws coverage right after we got our puppy, and it's literally been a lifesaver. She needed bladder surgery at a cost of more than $4,000, and without insurance we probably couldn't have afforded it. Healthy Paws processed the claim quickly and cut a check for 90% of the cost. How much simpler and efficient could pet insurance be? From previous, smaller claims, we knew we could count on them to process the claim as promised and not yank us around. I wish all insurance was this simple. Getting pet insurance with Healthy Paws was the single smartest decision we've made for our dog. Awesome Support and speed of claim processing
Tyreese was lethargic and not eating. Vet ran tests, his liver enzymes were very high. His liver was not working well if at all. Antibiotics and fluids over almost 2 weeks and Tyreese had much more normal liver enzymes in blood tests. Ty is doing great now.My claim was handled quickly online and credited to my bank account. A follow up call to ensure Ty was ok and all was satisfactory was made today. Great company and employees. Just what is needed when a loved member of the family has been ill
