Pets Best Staff was very helpful
My family and I would like to express our appreciation to Pets Best for handling our claims in such a timely fashion.Our beloved pet, Bambi Lyn, passed away and the grief was over-whelming, but the Pet’s Best Staff helped us through the process of filing the claims, reimbursed us as promised and relieved us of so much stress. Fast claim turn around and great coverage
It is easy to tell ourselves during tight economical times that we cannot afford the monthly pet insurance premium. But when you need it, as our Australian Shepherd with cataracts does right now, you will be glad you found a way to do it. Just as for ourselves, pets' - especially aging pets' medical needs must be addressed. We say we love our animals as family. We must provide for them the best we can, and extending quality of life is the way we can do it. Knowing my our dogs are covered by AKC insurance is peace of mind for us.

Hard to Deal With
I haven't been real happy with VPI pet insurance (now Nationwide). I adopted a dog from a rescue shelter in December, 2005 and have had coverage with VPI continually until now. They denied a claim in 2015 for allergies that they contend was pre-existing because the dog had scabs on his back legs when I rescued him in 2005. Despite a letter from my Vet, they continue to deny and asked for nine years of records. In my opinion, they are being unreasonable and are attempting to overwhelm me with requests for records.

A FANTASTIC Pet Insurance Company!
We have been with Embrace for over three years and they have always been great to work with. They provide quick and easy processing, and always correspond with us to make sure everything goes smoothly with a claim. I'm especially glad that they offer a Healthy Pet discount on our deductible! Excellent Customer Service, Fast response, Get what you pay for.
Excellent customer service, they went above and beyond to check on our dog. They responded to all our questions quickly, along with completing our claim quickly. We didn't expect the process to go so smoothly. Worth every penny to be reassured we didn't have to worry about being able to afford a major surgery for our dog. Thank you Healthy Paws!!

Understanding and timely!
My dog recently had to have surgery for a growth on her leg, and I was so glad I have ASPCA pet insurance. I uploaded the invoices, and payment was very timely, and very much in line with what I figured it should be. I also really appreciated the follow-up call. The person I spoke with really seemed to care about my dog's well-being. When I told my vet tech about the follow-up call, she was very impressed.
