TruPanion check held at bank 7 days
4 month old Chihuahua puppy got bacterial pnuemonia. Vet and emergency charges over 2300.00 and TruPanion filed claim quickly paying 1037.00. I received several checks at one time but my bank stated they reject Trupanion checks. They told me they put a 7 day hold on mine only because I'm a long time good customer. Has anyone else had this problem?

Proving to be worth it.
I wasn't completely sold on the whole pet insurance thing and not having the best experience with health insurance was a little hesitant to get another insurance I was going to have to fight to get my claims covered. We have had two well visit claims and one medical claim. It was easy to file the forms, even though the first one I didn't get all the info included they helped me with everything I needed to get and paid promptly. On the medical claim, sent the info in, they reviewed and sent me a detailed statement on the coverage along with a check. Couldn't of been easier. I'm glad we got the insurance, now if I could just get Embrace to talk to the health insurance people and get them to understand what customer service should be like.

I was very satisfied with the insurance reimbursement for my 12 year old lhasa apso. The claim form was very easy to complete and I was very pleased with the turn around time.

EMBRACE PET INSURANCE IS SOLID ALL AROUND
Embrace Pet Insurance is worth every penny of the nominal premium. My 1 1/2 year old chihuahua Chapo has been ill on more than one occasion throughout this past year and my vet bills have been outrageous. Although sometimes I feel like I'm being scammed by the vets, I have nothing but 100% trust and confidence in Embrace. Their claim reimbursements are immediate, they even have direct deposit. I can always get to a live person if I have questions about my policy or any claims. I can check my claim status online. And the most important things is that they cover what they say they are going to cover. EMBRACE PET INSURANCE IS A SOLID, RELIABLE company that does everything on the "up and up."

Cat swollowed a plastic forgein object
While I was reading the news paper I heard a crunching sound. While investigating, trying to remove the object, it got pushed further down my kitten's throat. I brought Delilah to the vet. She was examined and x- rayed. My claim was processed very efficiently. Delilah passed the object through her system and is playful and happy.

great experience
I have a 2 1/2 yr old chihuahua and purchased this insurance for her soon after we got her. I find the policy to be reasonable, and the two claims I filed were handled quickly and it was so easy to fax in the form and wait for the check to arrive. In addition, I was treated with respect and given helpful information too. I am very happy with this pet insurance and would highly recommend them.

When our dog was diagnosed with lymphoma the only thing we dreaded more than the treatment protocol was dealing with the insurance company for the first time. Turns out, it was a breeze.
