I took a chance !
And won ! I bought a beautiful AKC white Labrador puppy and my Vetsuggested pet insurance in the event of a major medical event growing up. Instinctively, I thought I may never need it and it wasn’t “going to be a good deal”. A little over a year after signing up Pippa hurt her leg chasing the tennis ball. Several Office visits, X-rays and RX’s etc and the bill was well over $600.00 After a reasonable deductible Tru-panion very promptly paid per their terms. Whew ! A decision to go with Tru Panion was a good one with practicality triumphing over instinct. And I won !

Healthy Paws is The Best!
Healthy Paws is wonderful. When we got a Frenchie, we heard of their health problems, so we knew we needed great pet insurance. Sure enough, our puppy, Arthur, just had to have major surgery. Healthy Paws paid 90% of the cost of surgery, and it was super simple. They process claims expeditiously, and their customer service folks are always very friendly and helpful. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone!

Fortunately we have had insurance on our now 6 year old golden retriever for several years - Unfortunately we had to put it to use. This company & staff couldn't have been more wonderful, compassionate & helpful. The surgery was expensive and the vast majority was covered by the policy. My thanks and gratitude to all involved.

First Embrace claim review
My great pyrenee was attacked by two German sheapered on the lose and was bitten by the eye and flank. We took him to emergency who took care of the dog and filed our claim with embrace. That was it! A few weeks later our check was in the mail. Easy and fast.

Pre-existing conditions
This company provides a 6 week trial coverage with adoption of pets from rescue organizations with a promise to make "a donation" to the organization if you sign on after the trial period. This is a good thing for them. Adopted pets do NOT come with a medical history, so they can claim (and do) that any condition you claim for is pre-existing. We had over $1000.00 in veterinary bills for an older cat we adopted and they would cover absolutely nothing. It is dishonest of them to advertise in a rescue settings! Furthermore, their policies discourage people from adopting rescued animals.

Relief from high cost vet bill's.
As our beloved Buddy was getting older, we found out at a regular yearly check-up that he had developed prostate cancer and now must have regular monitored visit's. The insurance really help's with these cost's and make's taking care of him much easier, financially. Will never be without it in the future. Everyone we have spoken to over the phone has been very concerned and caring

My boy black lab -10 years
We all know pets become part of our family... Words cannot express what I have been through with my boy who had emergency bulge in neck tried neck therapy first then collapsed needed emergency neck surgery. Rushed him back multiple times as he cried in pain and h ended up having undiagnosed cardiac distress. Pets Best is the most amazing insurance anyone could ask for. Payments refunded immediately. Don't go with the ploy of newer in surname companies that are all " talk literally" . Pets best best is amazing and I can't say enough.... My hoy is recovering and resting and will be strong til the end as I have dine everything we could without pets best this would not have been possible . Thanks you
