My claims for my two dogs are processed the SAME day as the vet appointment in most cases! We receive an email detailing the claim that evening in most cases. The claims are reviewed and paid quickly and the correspondence is courteous and professional. The coverage is exactly as described with no hidden "fine print" that disqualifies claims. Embrace is wonderful!
