I LOVE Trupanion!!!
I bought 3 puppies 15 months ago -- In January 2013 -- one of my puppies started walking funny, would not play, would fall if they tried to jump on hind legs. She had luxating patellas. I saw my vet on Tuesday was referred to Specialty Hospital on Friday and had surgery Friday afternoon. I filed the claim a week later on Monday -- by Friday of the same week, the insurance company contacted me telling me how much was being paid on my claim. They were so quick and efficient. I have had pet insurance in the past with another company and they were not even close to the quality Trupanion is. I am so pleased with this company. Word of mouth is a powerful thing -- I am telling everybody about this insurance -- and I know several people have gotten insurance based on my good experience with this company.

Excellent and hassle free
I would rate it 10 if there were exam, office call, well care, etc coverage if you choose it. I couldn't be more pleased with Trupanion, they are all they say they are. They covered 90% of a large claim for our dear dog's Cruciated Ligament surgery, quickly and efficently. The deductible per incident is another great service. Whenever I have called, the service is amazing.

Outstanding Coveraqge
We've had Trupanion since our dog was 12 weeks old. He is now 2 and I highly recommend this insurance! We've had a couple of claims and Trupanion came through with no issues. They are very responsive and care about your pet as much as you do! But the best part about Trupanion is peace of mind. No one wants their pet to become ill but having Trupanion, I know my pet will be cared for without having to worry about a high bill.

Amputation of cat's leg
My cat fell from a height of 10 feet and shattered her left front elbow. The x-rays showed multiple bone fragments there was no way to salvage the limb. Lily had her left front leg amputated. The wound partially opened and became infected so antibiotics were needed. I have been very pleased with the customer service Embrace provides. My claims were promptly acknowledged. Embrace notified me via email at each step in the process.

Our dog Harley was attacked by another dog. He got a very long ear laceration. His ear lobe was literally ripped in half. From start to finish our claim was handled very professionally. Our vet clinic direct billed right to Trupanion......I know dentist offices that won't even direct bill.....i was very impressed. I have since advised every dog/cat owner to contact Trupanion!!
