Great experiences!
I have had great experiences with this company! They have been responsive to questions and claims. I feel much more secure in being able to get the treatment I need for my boys because I know it is not going to break the bank. They have a good number of policy choices, and the wellness option is an amazing value. Love this company!

best decision I made for my dogs and my pocketbook
Embrace has been entirely cooperative with my claims (which included an expensive TPLO surgery on my dog's left hind leg). They are a wonderful company and I am glad I went with Embrace - highly recommended!

Cannot Imagine Receiving Better Customer Care
I am continually and pleasantly surprised at how easy and quick it is to speak with anyone from customer care. They are always knowledgeable, polite, and seem to be genuinely interested in the health of my pet. When I need to call for something, I have the utmost confidence that I don't have to go through several channels or be put on hold before I speak with someone. I wish all other companies followed your playbook!

Best Pet Insurance Aroudn
I have used several pet insurance companies over the years for previous pets we've had, and I only recently learned about Healthy Paws. They had strong ratings and good word of mouth reputation, so I gave them a try with our new puppy. He had a couple unexpected issues pop-up simultaneously (a stomach bug, a skin infection, and also a muscle strain/sprain), and we were able to easily file all of his claims and clearly read the explanations of benefits from Healthy Paws. Their lightning fast claims review (sometimes the same day) and super prompt reimbursements have been much appreciated. The process is super easy w/ their mobile phone app, and they follow their contract policy to the letter. I think their premiums are fair and reasonable as well. Very happy customer.

Trupanion was a huge help
I had only had my insurance a short while before Colette was diagnosed with a torn ligament in her knee. Nobody likes dealing with insurance companies, but all of the staff at Trupanion were extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. Trupanion covered the costs of the TPLO surgery and the follow up. I am very grateful.

Not good coverage and will find ways to avoid payi
I've had several animals covered by different plans and VPI has been the most difficult to work with. When my dog had serious heart conditions, their max payout wouldn't even cover 1 specialist visit! Now I have a cat with hyperthyroidism and I am in my 3rd appeal as they are refusing to pay for bloodworm which is needed often to regulate the medications. I pay $648 annually which is crazy high. I have PetPlan on other animals and they are awesome. Avoid VPI.
