Hassle-Free, Timely, Wonderful Experience
We have been with Healthy Paws for just over a year and have had to submit 2 claims in that time. First, the claim process was extremely easy. I submitted one simple form and a receipt and received email confirmation that it was being processed. Second, the claim was processed quickly and without any "fine print" exclusions. The check was in the bank before the incisions fully healed. Third, I truly appreciated the follow up email from the company asking about my dog's recovery. Made me feel good about the attention to customer service! Overall, would highly recommend!!

Jasper is a Border Collie/Cross who loves to chase Squirrels in the backyard. Recently during these antics he ripped a nail on his back paw. Blood everywhere, rushed him to the Vet who had to remove nail. Faxed the claim to Trupanion same day. Received an email again the same day stating that the cheque was on the way! Cheque arrived within 5 business days! Great work Trupanion!
