Emergency Surgery
Sissy had to have her spleen removed because of a mass. I did not have the upfront money and my baby girl was miserable. Trupanion and the animbal hosiptial worked together to see that Sissy was well taken care of and I had nothing to worry about. I have never been so greatful and this was truly a blessed experience. I already am singing Trupanions praise.

I like that Trupanion has a once per type of illness deductible. My kitten has had a few bladder infections. My vet and trupanion are working with me to get her the best care.

slow turn-around time for reimbursement
although I submit all the necessary documents (vet's notes, itemized invoice) and no other documents are needed, reimbursement time is rather lengthy

Excellent Service
We have been an Embrace client for 2 months and think their customer service is excellent.. They follow up immediately and respond in kind. We have had other insurance in the past and wish we knew about Embrace earIre. I also feel by the way they respond they really care about us and our dog. In this era of poor customer service, their excellent service is so appreciated

Preventative Hip Surgery
We have a Bernese Mountain Dog and she needed the preventative hip surgery. Trupanion was very helpful through the process. This is our first dog so have pet insurance was a little questionable but after the pay out and help it is truley worth the money.
