Improving their Claims Department
To be honest, I was not satisfied at all with ASPCA Pet Insurance when I first joined. The rates seemed to be climbing and they didn't cover very much. I had a long, drawn out dispute about Rusty's medication which I eventually won but it took a couple years off my life. Their policy renewal could be spelled out much better up front and they should make it easier to understand. Recently, I had a serious situation with 12 y.o. Rusty (who I'm paying more than $50/month for). The total vet bill was nearly $3000 and ASPCA paid me more than $1700 back. I think it's important to mention actual numbers so you can anticipate how much this insurance carrier will really cover. If I hadn't got at least that, I certainly would have dropped the policy. But they sent me that check pretty quickly and I didn't have to argue with a single rep to get it. That will keep me as a customer.

Have a pure-bred Yorkie (from breeder) and did not expect problems, but little dogs have hip & knee problems! The Vets knew Trupanion and faxed forms - received payment within two weeks.Buying this insurance is the best investment I have made!

First Claim, excellent customer service, easy, clear and concise instructions to follow, Speedy refund, no hassle. Even the Health History, Orthopedic Exam & Waiver Process and required pre-work was not that difficult to do. As a 3X Great Dane Parent, we KNOW the potential costs and issues with a PureBred Giant Breed dog. We paid all out of pocket on our last two including ICU and surgeries. Not without insurance on this pup! Our young girl Misty is healthy and this was only a Wellness Rewards Claim, hope to not have to use anything more, but keep up the fantastic job EMBRACE! We sleep a bit better knowing she is covered.

Happy with Embrace Insurance
Pinto is the first pet I have purchased pet insurance for. We have had trouble with a recurring ear infection. I have submitted numerous claims for his treatment, which have all been accepted. Embrace is very easy to use and the customer service is excellent.

Had a medical issue with our two year old pet, named Casey. He was transported to a Veterinary Emergency Clinic and Casey was treated promptly. A clinician statement was sent to Trupanion forwith. A reply was issued a short time later, asking how Casey was and stated that they had our claim. Trupanion advised us that they were in the process of looking into our statement of claim. A positive reply was issued in that Trupanion covered most of our claim. We are very pleased with the prompt service of Trupanion and the over all quick response.

Embrace is the BEST!!!
Embrace has the best service, they get back to you quickly when they receive your claims, keep you posted on what is happening and explain everything to you when you have questions in a quick and friendly manner. I used another pet insurance before so I can compare the two and I have been so impressed with the staff of Embrace. I always get a quick response to my emails. Fast and friendly service.

PetsBest is absolutely the best pet insurance ever
I have used other pet insurances before but have never had the complete a positive experience working with them. PetsBest has been there for me throughout all the ailments by little Buddy has incurred. With their help, I was able to enjoy Buddy's companionship for 15 years. He has now crossed the Rainbow Bridge and even through this experience, PetsBest was there for me.
