Better than MY health insurance
Making a claim with Embrace was easily, and the policy paid for exactly what it said it would pay for. I wish my own health insurance was as uncomplicated! Also, the folks at Embrace are friendly - which is actually a real bonus when you're dealing with a sick pet, which can be stressful to begin with.

Best pet insurance out there.
After 15 years with VPI pet insurance, I had enough with wondering if we would be covered. It seemed on some items we interpreted their payment schedule differently than VPI.Since moving to Embrace we have been pleased with their communication. We're emailed when they've received our claim and update when it's processed. At any time we can check status online. Our puppy has had a coup!e issues that have processed with ease. We're very pleased!

We rescuedj a shih Tzu 4 years ago. The puppy has been covered since the first vet appt. We have continuisly used Trupanion throughout her vet expenses. This year 9/5 we adopted a small puppy. We have added the new dog to our original policy. Love their service and quick processing.

Amazing customer service & coverage
We have (unfortunately) filed multiple claims for our dog during the past 5 years for giardia, bites from a raccoon, eating a pan of brownies, and a piece of bone stuck in her stomach. We have always been so impressed with the ease of dealing with Embrace & the quick reimbursement. Several claims
I have had several claims with ASPCA and they have always responded promptly and kept to their terms. I remember reading an article from the AKC that pet insurance is the best watt o "Spread out" the medical cost of a pet over time. There is always something that happens, and this is a way to make it not be a one time big financial hit. ASPCA is great. I have been using them for over 8 years.

Healthy Paws Ins excellent
My medical expenses for CoCo were becoming quite high and I was concerned that she get the best care. I used the app for Healthy Paws to submit my claim and within 5 days had a check.I am glad I switched and now can continue with her health care knowing I will get 80% back before the next bill for her treatment comes in.
