Great Peace of Mind!
Whether it’s allergies, ear infections, allergic reactions, or even spine issues, my dog has had quite a few vet visits. Every time, it’s such a relief to know that I can submit a claim and I don’t have to be too worried about getting him the care he needs without being too overwhelmed by the cost. I’m so glad I decided to get pet insurance when he was a puppy, and Pet’s Best has been with us since the beginning.

The company keeps increasing premiums because they know you can't shop around due to the pet pre-existing clause. Completely wrong. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Department of insurance.

Rachel was extremely helpful in helping me process my claim. My claim for our cat was pending due to some missing documents. Rachel was very diligent and understanding and demonstrated excellent customer service to assist me. She was polite, listened and provided us with the help that we needed. Great service!

If I could give them zero I would
If I could give them zero I would. Made a hasty decision to switch from good long term policy due to rate increase and my friend’s recommendation. Not only did the sales rep mislead me on the significantly less coverage but when I complained they suddenly had a better plan available like my previous. I was instructed to cancel and apply again. After weeks of waiting with no coverage and no return calls, another rep said a letter was coming as that is the main form of communication. They were asking for additional vet exams and tests which I paid for and sent over. The exact same bad service experience happened again after weeks of waiting with no coverage and no return calls, another rep said they would not be covering any policy with no explanation even though I just cancelled theirs. So went online and ordered Pumpkin Pet.

Do not under any circumstances purchase…
Do not under any circumstances purchase Fetch pet insurance. I paid my premiums faithfully for my giant breed dog for many years. They continue to find reasons to deny a claim for a foreign body obstruction. I am a single parent spending 138 per month and they are denying the claim. There is no one to talk to there, everything has to be done through the app. I borrowed the money knowing I had insurance to keep my 5 year old Newfoundland alive and now I’m deveststed. Please trust me, do not trust them. Get pet plan plus or trupanion. I had trupanion as fetch was less expensive but they raised my rate 3 times. Now here I am having paid 7k in premiums and for nothing. I’m defeated. Don’t trust them.

So this is the start to our third year…
So this is the start to our third year with spot…and we love it. It is so easy to place a claim and the customer service has been very helpful. But here is the but the first year we paid $465.60 then the second year we paid $580.20 (that is an increase of $114.60) mind you nothing in our package hadnt changed and we have never gotten to our deductible ever. And now this year we were going to look into another company because of how much it went up and I understand inflation but that seems a bit much for a dog that has no issues and is 4 years old. But I got back to it to late and my card was charged which was my fault but the new charge was for $631.44( increased again $51.24) and again we have never gotten to our deductible so I don’t understand this but other then the price discrepancy I would stay with this company and makes me sad that we will have to move on from them cause I can’t pay for this every year and be surprised with what my credit card statement is going to say
