Am glad I have this wonderful protection
I am very happy with the way Embrace handles all claims I have submitted. Having a crazy 3 year old golden there is no telling what he will get into both at play and in training (agility). Embrace has given me peace of mind and quick turnarounds on the claims, Thank you for being there for my son :)

I think that Trupanion is the best pet insurance. Claims are processed so fast, people in the office are very friendly and ready to answer any questions. I had very good experience for many years with this company and would recommend it to all my friends.

Nothing could have been more stressful for my daughter than a terrible slash in my dog's paw during the time that she was watching them in our absence. Trupanion, and our vet made it easy to get things taken care of and covered. I am so glad that we took the easy step to insure our dog, Stoli.

OUR LUCY LU HAD A TPLO PROCEDURE WHICH IS PRETTY MUCH A KNEE SURGERY. ASPCA HAS BEEN GREAT ABOUT ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS WE HAVE HAD AND THE STAFF IS VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. WE WERE MAILED A CHECK IN 2 WEEKS AND THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT ABOUT REIMBURSING MAJORITY OF THE BILL. ALSO I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT LONG ON THE PHONE TO GET A REPRESENTATIVE TO HELP ME OUT. IT ALSO HELPS THAT EVERYBODY SPEAKS CLEAR ENGLISH OVER THE PHONE WHEN I CALL. LUCY LU IS A PIT BULL AND THE ASPCA HAS TAKEN HER IN AS FAMILY WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED AND HELPED HER OUT AND FOR THAT I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL!

So far, so good!
When we adopted our new puppy I began to look into pet insurance. I had heard that they have gotten better at covering claims. During my search, Embrace came up time and again as a favorite. We just had the puppy spayed, and I submitted my claim under wellness and a few days later it was approved and a check is in the mail. The process was easy. Hoping that it continues.
