Trupanion has been fantastic!! My Dog, Preston has had a lot of health problems. There was about a year and a half when he was in the vet almost every 2 weeks!! Trupanion never denied any of my claims and they were all processed in a timely manner. They also gave me pre approval for Preston's major surgery. It was a really hard time, and very stressful, but it made me feel better knowing I could depend on Trupanion to help me out!

Embrace is the best !!!
We have been with Embrace over 7 years. They are the best in processing Illness Claims for our Dog Cody. He has been sick the last 2 months. He is gettting better now. I have told our Vet(Dr Serra)at Wood River Animal Hospital in (RI) how great Embrace is in processing our claims with the benefits that we have. Also have told cleints and friends about Embrace. Great owners and staff at Embrace.

I was skeptical when I read that Trupsnion would cover 90% of all medical costs. I read the plan in full and decided to sign up. I started immediately when I got my puppy and I amVERY thankful I did. Just after his first birthday, he got a hold of a highly toxic medication. The bills added up quick. We ended up with over $3000 in medical bills. Trupanion came through. No questions asked, they covered exactly what they said they would. I HIGHLY recommend Trupanion. 90% coverage is huge! Read carefully though to understand what us covered (no pre-existing conditions, initial consults...) Even the Trupanion staff was kind and helpful.

Absolutely the best pet insurance!
I have been using Pet's Best for many years and have always been happy with the service and payments provided. This last claim processing was simply amazing. I submitted a claim on Monday from a Sunday afternoon emergency room visit, received an explanation of benefits on Wednesday evening and had payment in my account on Friday morning! They paid exactly what I expected, 80% after my deductible. You just can't beat this company. I'm very thankful to have all of my pets insured through them & I recommend them to my friends.

Healthy Paws is the best!
They have been great with all of my claims. My latest claim was for my cat Sebastian who was diagnosed with severe stomatitis and had to have all of his teeth removed. Since this is a tricky operation if not done correctly I went with a top specialist for the surgery, and the total bill was over $4,000. They quickly reimbursed me for my claim, with no hassles whatsoever. Thank goodness for such a great pet insurance company!

Best pet insurance for my older Rottie
When I got my Rottie 9 years ago there was only one or two pet insurance companies available. Now there are several to choose from. I spent over 3 hours comparing the different plans. When I was researching pet insurances, Healthy Paws and Embrace kept coming out at the top of my list. Working in the healthcare field for longer than I care to admit, I knew what I wanted...no annual caps, a reasonable reimbursement rate (vet care in NY is expensive) and an annual not per incident/accident deductible. Healthy Paws hit the bullseye on all accounts. Embrace would not give my girl full coverage due to her age only coverage for accidents. If you are buying pet insurance make sure you check out the fine print. One company charges a deductible for each accident or illness. Who can afford that??? So I signed on with Healthy Paws and am so glad I did. Shortly after the new policy started my girl needed eye surgery. After we hit the annual deductible we had a check in less than a week. They also sent me an email asking how she was doing. I asked them for brochures to put in my vet's office so more people can find out about this company. Have told 3 ladies I work with about it too. The fact that they help rescue animals with their foundation work is the icing on the cake.

Amazing Level of Customer Service
I couldn't rave any more about an insurance company. Pets Best is a wonderful one at that and staffed by true animal lovers too! I haven't had the best experiences with other pet insurance providers, but continue to be surprised by the level of service Pets Best has provided.
