This is my fourth year with EMBRACE. I did not find the wellness worth the money. However with one of my Westieshaving Addison's disease, it is definitely very good. I've not had any trouble with claims.

Thank goodness I decided to choose Embrace
Our Boston Terrier began to suffer from significant pain while walking, sitting and beginning to cry while sleeping with constant shifting. With the confidence of having Embrace insurance, we were able to have the necessary diagnostic procedures done to learn that she has several severely herniated discs that almost completely impinge her spinal cord. With Embrace coverage, she is having laser therapy to reduce the inflamation and pain while we prepare and plan for the invitable spine surgery. I made the best decision ever when I choose Embrace insurance 4 years ago when I adopted her ! I shudder to think how I ever could have provided the necessary diagnostic and medical treatment needed to bring her back to her good quality of life. My husband is finally convinced that it was one of the smartest things I did over the 36 years that we have had dogs; we only wish that I had had it earlier for my previous wonderful dogs.

Excellent coverage, laborious paperwork for me/vet
A far superior insurance company to my first company. Very caring, helpful customer support. The actual overage and pay out on the claims were far superior to a prior company I have dealt with.The only major drawback was that every invoice required a claim for signed by my veterinarian even though 98% of the invoices related to the onset of my dog's illness. this was frustrating for the veterinarian, her front desk staff and myself even though I was very organized in my approach to this matter.
