Very grateful for the great service and coverage.

Boxer was ill with vomiting and diarrhea for a few days before vet visit. Very glad we had coverage for nearly all of the vet charges. Claim was handled swiftly and with explanations detailed.

Excellent

My large 5-year old goldendoodle required cruciate ligament repair. The representatives at ASPCA Insurance were very helpful and all was resolved happily for an expensive surgery.

Lymphoma

Mitzi developed lymphoma right after her fourteenth birthday. Her trips to Virginia Maryland Teaching Hospital were weekly for five months of chemo. Thanks to her insurance plan most of her treatment was covered and I spent those months with my beloved little dog. The chemo was successful and Mitzi was in remission. Pet insurance is very important if your pet is considered part of your family.

So thankful we got Healthy Paws!

Nayah is a beautiful, super sweet pitbull mix my husband and I rescued... she's our only child. We discovered Nayah had a cyst-like growth that was pressing on her spinal-cord that could have very likely caused her to eventually not be able to walk. After seeing vets, specialists, and an MRI she had to have a surgery which kept her in the hospital for days. It was very expensive, but we were so fortunate we decided to get pet insurance just in case for her. We've heard too many sad stories about people either not being able to help their pets medical issue because they couldn't afford the medical care their pets required, or of people going into debt from heavy vet bills. Healthy Paws monthly payment is very reasonable, their reimbursements are quick and easy to submit through a simple smartphone app, and it gives your furry friends a much better chance at the happiest, healthiest life possible. I hope those who have pets will consider getting good pet insurance and give your pets the care and attention they deserve.

no worries

This is our 2nd operation with our dog that is covered by Trupanion. It has been so great that we did not have to worry about the costs. We would recommend Trupanion in a heart beat.

Great service

After only having my kitten for 3 months he chewed up part of one of his toys and ate it. He started having stomach issues, including vomiting and not eating or drinking. Took him to the vet and he needed a fecal test, X rays, blood work and an IV to find out what was wrong. The bill quickly neared $1000. After he got all better, I submitted my claim which was very simple and easy. After a couple days a check was sent to me. The whole process was very simple and there was no surprises or issues with what was covered.

UTIs and Struvite Crystals

Our year old Golden Retriever has been challenged with recurrent UTIs and struvite crystals. It's been a labor intensive process with several office visits, ultrasounds and urinalyses. The majority of these expenses were covered and quickly reimbursed. It couldn't be easier to file a claim and the customer service staff is knowledgeable and professional. In addition, the monthly premium is reasonable. We are so pleased that we decided to purchase pet insurance and that we chose ASPCA.
