Best Insurance Experience - EVER
No one likes to deal with insurance companies. Especially picking one. Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the most convenient, prompt, reliable, helpful, and all around best pet insurance on the market. Deciding to get pet insurance for our puppy was one of those "hopefully we'll never need it, but better to have and not need, than need and not have!" ...shockingly, at 8 months old, our puppy needed extensive testing to determine the cause for her significant digestive issues. Over $2500 out of pocket. Without Healthy Paws, we'd be in debt and unbelievably stressed. Submitting a claim was literally the easiest thing I've ever done -- easier than submitting my papers online for school! I even received a personal email checking up on our puppy, which was absolutely above and beyond.

I'm a veterinarian and I got a policy for my dog w/ Embrace after getting in touch with one of their reps who was great at going over all of the details I had questions about.I needed the insurance twice and every time they acted very promptly and with the highest professionalism all while manifesting sincere empathy. I've recommended Embrace to every single person I spoke about pet insurance with at the hospital I work at. There for me and my Cat when we needed them most.
We just experienced the nightmare of losing our young cat. However, Trupanion's warmth, responsiveness and comprehensive coverage gave us the confidence that we could provide whatever care and services my kitty, Crosby, needed. Ultimately, I had to realize that even though Crosby had all of the financial resources that he needed, no amount of money could save him :( Trupanion lived up to their claims and covered 90% of all eligible costs and even pre-authorized care within an hour of Crosby getting to the ER. Reimbursements to claims were handled within 24 hrs. I have and will continue to highly recommend them. I also have a new appreciation for them and hope that they continue to deliver high quality and ethical service to their furry clients.
