This particular claim was processed very quickly; direct deposit made things even faster - just days. My other claim is still pending and was submitted the same day - I haven't received any further communications about this other claim since... I would have liked more detailed explanation on both claims viewable online because if additional information is needed by the Vet then I can make a call to push things along. VIP Pet Insurance handle this process much better and that was many years ago when technology wasn't at all what it is now. Theresa I'm halve satisfied with the process so fare. I cant recommend Embrace yet as your 1 for 1 on claim processing and communication.

AMAZING!!!
We had a $3000 experience when our beautiful 2 year old goldendoodle apparently ingested some goose poop. She started getting sick and by the 5th time there was an unbelievable amount of blood...we knew this was serious and were wondering how much it would all cost. After a few days in the vet emergency clinic and almost $3000 later....we are so thankful that we invested in healthy Paws pet insurance. The customer service is top notch and they processed and sent out claims literally the same week!!! We can't sing their praises enough!!

Prompt review of claims and great customer service
Healthy Paws has been a great pet insurance provider for our Boston Terrier puppy. He's had a few significant health problems already early in his life. So, we've already had to submit a few claims. Submitting claims is relatively easy and straightforward. The client relations team is very helpful and seem genuinely interested in ensuring that our pup is healthy and taken care of. So far, we've had a great experience with Healthy Paws and I would wholly recommend them without reservation.

Claims processed and paid in a timely manner, no "hidden charges". Conditions of the policy were clearly explained. Very pleased so far, the dog may require a follow up visit.

Great insurance to have
I have had aspca insurance for both my dogs for the past 6 years and I have never had a problem. They process your claims fast and there is usually on a two week turnaround when they issue a check. Love it

I find that the insurance company is wonderful. My vet sends in the claim and within a couple of days I hear from Trupanion about the claim. The people from the insurance are great. They answer my question and I hear kindness in the their voices when we talk about my kittens. I feel very happy when I deal with Trupanion.
