claim experience positive but slowing processing
I have been a great fan of embrace. The staff are lively, the claim process easy and transparent and I like the 80% of billed services rather than a specified coverage amount. However my experience with recent claims have been that they have been processed and reimbursed much slower than in the past. The most recent conversation I had with the staff indicated that this was because they were very busy and were training new staff but I think they should be held to a standard of a quicker response time

Thank you Pet's Best!
Thank you Pet's Best! I had a very sick cat earlier this year and finally had to put her down. The vet bills really racked up. After that, I decided that I should get pet insurance for my other cat and the new cat that I got from a rescue. About 6 weeks after the policy kicked in, my new cat became very sick and had to be hospitalized for 2 nights. She's better now, but I was worried about whether the insurance would cover the costs. Within a week of filing my claims, I received a message that the claims were processed and I would get reimbursed as per my policy. It's better than people insurance! I recommend it to anyone with pets! Thanks Pet's Best

Excellent Pet Insurance
For many years I avoided getting pet insurance. I recently rescued a Miniature Pincher and she is so delicate in the legs I thought that it would be wise to get insurance. All my dogs prior to her have been Jack Russell Terriers which are virtually indestructible, but my min pin is a very little, delicate girl. Embrace has made things very easy and efficient. They are also very responsive to question and they send tips that are useful and not just annoying. I would recommend them to my friends.

I insured my puppy the day we got her. She had giardia, a cough and some sort of bug from eating something in the yard. $0 deductible with 90% coverage, paid for itself and then some this year after three visits. Quick, responsive and easy to follow process online. Could not be happier. First claim took 10 days as they verified records. Subsequent claims ~4 days.

Healthy Paws Delivers!
My claim took a little longer to process; it was my first, and vet records had to be forwarded not only from my vet, but also from the shelter that had cared for my dog prior to her adoption. I was prepared for the delay because the website clearly provided this information in the FAQ. I have to admit, after hearing stories of frustration about pet insurance in general, I was not quite convinced that it was a worthwhile investment until the reimbursement check actually arrived! Thank you, Healthy Paws, for not discriminating against older pets. Princess and I are very happy to have you on our side!

NO Hassle Reimbursement
NO questions asked during reimbursement. The only thing I would recommend is to speed up the process. It would be very helpful to customers that had to pay up front cost. Besides that everything is great about the claim process. Easy to fill out and very helpful customer service. Good thing is I called again to speed up the process they were willing to accomodate
