Amazing
I have only been with TruPanion for a few months ago. My puppy fractured his leg and TruPanion was super helpful, and processed each claim within a week to week and half. Its quite stressful when you find out how much it really costs for surgery for a pet. I was humming and hawing about insurance thinking it was going to be a waste of money. I highly suggest getting pet insurance as it is a lot cheaper than having to pay out of your pocket if something is to come up. And I would highly suggest paying a higher amount without a deductible, especially when they are still a puppy.

I've had my new pup for 9 months now and Embrace continues to provide great service! It takes a little longer for regular claims (so far I've only had one) than it does for a Wellness reimbursement, but there were no complications and both went through as expected.

Our dog Stewie fractured two teeth within a 3 week period and it was quite costly to have the first removed surgically and the second root canalled (a canine). Trupanion not only reviewed our claim and amazing speed but made it so easy and also checked in with us to make sure Stewie was doing well. Being able to have our claim submitted right from the doctor's office and constant email communication regarding claim status made this experience pleasant and so worth the monthly payments. I'd recommend Trupanion to anyone, and so does our dog's vet:)
