Able to ensure the best care for my dog
My pet had tumors on his side, in his mouth and on his leg. Concerned with them being cancerous, with my pet insurance having the flexibility to have them removed was comforting. My two claims were handeled within three weeks of submitting and most of the fees were considered reasonable and therefore, reimbursed at the 90%. When reaching out with questions, I have found the ASPCA folks to be very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Healthy Paws was a life saver
Our 16 month old lab was diagnosed with Leptospirosis, a disease which attacks the kidneys. She was hospitalized for a week and a half and had treatments which included dialysis. Had we not had Healthy Paws insurance, we would have been faced with losing our Lily due to the expense for treatment. She's home now and is on the road to recovery. Before purchasing Healthy Paws, I researched all pet insurance companies and determined that they were the best. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. There were no surprises : they covered everything they said they would and the claims were processed in a very timely manner. We can't thank them enough for their honesty and support. I'm telling every pet owner I know about how wonderful Healthy Paws is !

Trupanion Fast, Excellent Service
Our little 4 month old Lynx, who is the cutest little Brown Tabby ever wasn't eating, drinking and was very lethargic. Two days previously he had diarrhea so the local animal hospital said to bring him in immediately. We only had him for two weeks and his 30 day free trial had barely begun. Trupanion paid our claim immediately with so little hassle, it was WONDERFUL. I wish human insurance was this customer service oriented! It is truly fantastic to know you don't have to make hard decisions when it comes to your loved pets and best friends...having both of our kittens insured is the best thing ever. Thanks Trupanion!

The fastest reimbursement I could have imagined
I've had Pets Best for number of years on all of my pets. My first two dogs I barely ever used my insurance, but at $35 per month it was always worth keeping. Just recently my 4 1/2-year-old Rottweiler. Became ill and diagnosed with lymphoma a type of cancer. As difficult as the situation is, having Pets Best has allowed me to do all the cancer treatments, which I would not be able to afford because they are going to run close to $10,000. I usually go to the vet once a week, for his treatments. If I submit a claim by Monday I usually have the money back in my bank account by Wednesday. So that on my next visit the money is there and ready when I need it. Thank you Pets Best for making this difficult situation manageable. Michael B. Moore

First of all... Trupanion actually cares by calling/emailing to see how my dog is doing. They cover so much and happy to help. Second... who else gives a reduction in price? It was small but much appreciated. I am a responsible pet owner that feels this is just as important as good food.
