healthy Paws saved my dog!
My dog Bailey had a problem with a disc in her back. She was losing control of her back legs. The charge I was quoted by the hospital was staggering! I am so glad that I chose Healthy Paws pet insurance. Without the insurance, it would have taken a toll on my finances since I am retired and have a fixed income. When I bought Bailey 6 years ago, the first thing I did was research pet insurance and everything I read pointed to Healthy Paws as the number one choice. Thank you Healthy Paws.

Couldnt be happier that i got embrace
The best thing i did when i got my puppy 4 years ago was getting embrace pet insurance. Nothing like the peace of mind that whatever happen to my best friend o would always be able to treat. Anything i claimed was always processed in a timely manner, they have excellent customer support. Overall i recomend Embrace without any hesitation.

Glad I chose Healthy Paws
15 months after starting my first policy with HP I had around a $3700 claim for an obstructed bowl. My dog was seen at two different vets and therefore there were two different invoices. Having an annual deductible meant once I had paid the deductible for the first invoice I no longer owed any deductible on the next one nor will I have to pay a deductible for the rest of the policy year. In total with my 10% co-insurance I received about $3100 for my claim and I received both checks in less then two weeks of filing. Even with the monthly premium I was spared nearly $2,000 in out of pocket expenses for these vet bills. Healthy Paws has not only been extremely quick and painless through the process they have shown a genuine interest in the well being of my injured pet. I have all of my pets now protected through Healthy Paws and recommend any pet owner to do the same.

Easy, full-coverage experience when life throws a curve ball
We bought pet insurance even though we thought our dog would likely never need it. Fast forward to 3 socks and some complications later, and we're grateful we did. But more than that, we're grateful we chose Healthy Paws. Healthy Paws is what we wish human insurance were: easy,compassionate and above what you'd expect when you need it. They have a very easy to use mobile app to set up and adjust preferences. When we've had a claim, we simply take a photo of the bill and submit. 2 days later we have a fully processed claim and a check for 90% reimbursement in our mail. It's so easy! I've been telling friends and no one can believe how great the system is. On top of that we have a dedicated specialist, Tim, who checks in on us. It's been incredible to be fully and efficiently supported through a hard time. We'd highly recommend Healthy Paws to friends and family who want and easy and stress-free way to deal with pets in trying times. Moreover we greatly appreciate the support, care and love Healthy Paws has given with our unexpected troubles.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASPCA PET INSURANCE
These guys are awesome! And I DO have a comparison. Years ago I had pet insurance through a competitor, the one most recomended. (Starts with a V). The 'other guys' fought every single claim. Every claim! The insurance was absolutely worthless. I cancelled and thought I would never use pet insurance again. Several years later I signed up for ASPCA. ASPCA has been amazing. They have paid every claim promptly without any contention whatsoever and usually call a few weeks later to see how my dog is doing. They truly seem to care about my dog. But here's the piece de resistance: my dog had a hip issue on her right hind leg and was treated 2 weeks before her policy renewed. Five months later, she had another problem with her right hind leg. Vet diagnosed it as an ACL injury. ASPCA immediately said they would cover it as a new condition (not continuing care) because it was a different issue. I guarantee, the previous 'other guys pet insurance' would have fought me all the way to court because it was the same leg. With x-rays and surgery, ASPCA has paid about $2400 so far on this one injury. There is a $3000 cap on one incident. Yes I wish they had paid more of the surgery - but I am so grateful they did not argue and try to claim this injury was related to her previous hip issue. I am not a doctor, but seems like her weakened hip could have attributed to her ACL injury but they considered it 2 different events. I've read the reviews and I'm sorry if others have had a bad experience with ASPCA. I have found them to be exemplary and suggested to my vet that he share my recommendation with all his other clients/patients. In my opinion, they are OUTSTANDING in the pet insurance world.

Highly Recommended/Great Customer Service
Healthy Paws is a fantasy company. Claim was taken care of in less than a week with no hassle. Even got emails asking how was my dog after claim was submitted. Also had to call customer service to ask a few questions and they were very friendly and no holding time. I highly recommend Healthy Paw!!!! Thank you!
