dealing with pet insurance is frustrting
can't believe problems with faxing and don't understand why you don't pay for my dogs prescription food and treats.He is a schnauzer and they have stomach issues.

Excellent & expedient service
Very nice & expedient. Handled claim much more quickly than anticipated. They applied prior charges to the deductible I had forgotten about, so I was sent a larger claim payment than I had anticipated. Definitely recommend to others.

Super-fast much-needed reimbursement!-
I am *so* impressed with my Embrace claim-processor Embracer Amanda Collins - I submitted the claim only a few *days* ago and already Amanda has processed it, approved it & sent the reimbursement into my account - WOW! Having the ASPCA insurance has been such a wonderful experience. Last month, my 5 year old maltipoo named Raymond was very sick. He had a terrible bacterial infection which turned out to be hepatitis. He underwent a liver biopsy and spent 4 days in a hospital. Having this insurance helped me do what I had to do to get him well. Thousands of dollars later, the insurance helped me tremendously. Having this insurance has given me peace of mind knowing that we are able to give our dogs the best care necessary. I am so appreciative of the concerned phone calls I received from the ASPCA regarding Raymond's recovery. Thank you for everything!,

I must have had an angel on my shoulder the day I said yes to Trupanion Pet Insurance. I can't imagine the absolute horror of having to euthanize a family member because I could not afford a necessary medical procedure. I previously had another brand of insurance, but they don't pay anywhere near what is needed in emergency treatment. It was extremely distressing when my kitten almost died after ingesting an 18-inch piece of poultry string. We had no idea she had done this. After diagnosis at the emergency hospital, she had life-saving surgery and is back to normal. We call her our $5,000 kitty because that's what it would have cost without Trupanion who paid 90%. Trupanion was there to help us all the way and we received our checks within two weeks. I am telling everyone I know with pets to sign up with Trupanion so that the only thing they need to say when tragedy strikes is, "Go ahead, save my pet!"

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Have had to make 2 claims with Healthy Paws so far and both were taken care of quickly and paid promptly. Also love the way they send a e-mail asking how my Golden Retriever Lenny is feeling. Did lots of shopping for pet insurance before deciding on Healthy Paws and I am very happy I did. I highly recommend this Company to anyone wanting to protect their pet.
