Trupanion makes surgery possible
Sadly our 4 year old German Shepherd required a second TPLO surgery within 6 months of his first. It was such an emotional challenge to go through this again but with the help of Trupanion we were spared the financial stress. They are such an amazing company and we greatly appreciated the express claim which meant we could proceed with the surgery immediately. Having gone through 2 major surgeries, Trupanion were supportive throughout every step of this process. Thank you!!!!!

Trupanion makes surgery possible

It took awhile to get the medical conditions Savannah developed approved but we seem to be on the right track now.Trupanion is doing what their contract specifies and I'm happy.

Holly, our 4 year old Ocicat was the picture of health until recently when it appeared that she had gotten into something that was affecting her kidney function. She had gone almost a whole year without a claim and when I had to file the first of two or three, Embrace was right there. We have had a policy for Holly and her canine sister, Tia, for almost 5 years. The company is wonderful to work with and if I ever had a question there was always someone there who could answer it, or if they couldn't, they would ask someone who could.

Extremely pleased with their professionalism on the phone and also their quick correspondence. Easy to fill out form and very helpful and caring staff. My vet is now only referring Trupanion to their patients. Our puppy has had some issues and I receive my reimbursement checks within days of faxing them my form and receipt. They may not be the cheapest or the most expensive, but worth having a good, caring company with no hassles.

Roscoe's life saver
Trupanion has saved my dog Roscoe's life, if I had any other insurance I would not have been able to have my dogs three operations because I would have had to pay out of pocket all expenses and then wait to have gotten reimbursed. With Trupanion I was able to have these operations performed immediately because I only had to come up with the 10% and the initial deductible. They have the kindest and most professional staff I have ever worked with. I have recommended Trupanion to everyone I know who has a pet and continue to ask even those I do know if they have a pet and if they are insured. This insurance is a must have if you love your pet. God Bless Trupanion and their entire staff. I feel as if you are part of my extended family.
