Best pet insurance ever!
I went with Trupanion after reading up on all my options-they are the BEST pet insurance there is. All my claims are promptly reviewed and I am reimbursed very quickly. I have filed several claims as my pet has many health issues and never once have I ever encountered a problem with Trupanion or had to fight to have a claim paid for. The customer service reps I speak with whenever I call are so caring and compassionate and are very knowledgeable. My insurance rates are more than reasonable, and with all of my pet's health issues, I sleep better at night knowing with Trupanion that I will never have to lose my pet because of inability to pay a large vet bill. I can not say enough wonderful things about Trupanion and how truly pleased I am with every aspect and dealing with their company. I would never recommend any other pet insurance to friends and family except Trupanion.

Maya's Health Insurance
This is my 2nd claim in a couple of months. A couple of months ago she needed mouth surgery and 6 teeth removed along with other tests. The bill came to $1300 but I only had to pay about $256.00. My vet's office uses express claims and I did not have to lay out all that money and wait for a refund. I only paid my portion. This time around my cat was vomiting quite a bit and tests were taken. Her bill came to about $286.00 and with express claims I only had to lay out $78.00. I've had VPI in the past for several dogs and did not get much money back, but did pay more for the monthly premium as well. I'm thrilled with Trupanion so far and hope they continue to take care of us the way they are now.

Our cat suffered from a complete urinary obstruction. She went to our regular vet then transferred to the emergency vet for ICU care. We sent multiple claims from different hospitals to ASPCA pet insurance and they came back to us quicker than I thought, and at the amount I was expecting.

Healthy Paws is Awesome !!!
Purchasing pet insurance is very confusing. I am so happy to have chosen Healthy Paws as the insurance carrier for my puppy Gizmo. I have had to submit a few claims, each handled quickly and efficiently. The latest claim was for Gizmo to have surgery for "Cherry Eye". I usually e-mail my claim and a copy of the vet bill. Gizmo had the surgery on 1/29/14 and I received an e-mail advising completion of the claim on 1/30/14. I received my reimbursement check on 2/4/14. Not only did my claim get processed in such a speedy way but I even received an e-mail checking on how Gizmo was feeling. It makes you feel that they really care. Also, by the way, Gizmo even received a card for his birthday. I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws.

worth the wait
In December our 8 year old male Papillon Buttons became extremely ill and was diagnosed with Addisons disease. Although it took some time for our claim and vet records to be reviewed, ultimately we were satisfied completely by Trupanion. Our expenses that we paid upfront were 90% reimbursed. Since our dog's condition is treatable but not curable he will require medication for the rest of his life and we are grateful to have Trupanion and their excellent service to help with that expense.

A year after signing up we received news we never expected to get. January 8, 2014 Mylo was diagnosed with terminal bone cancer. This aggressive disease does not have many great options and we decided the best option for Mylo is to keep her as happy and healthy in our pawspice care. The past few weeks have been some of the most difficult in our time together, but I can only imagine how much more difficult this time would be without Trupanions help. From the beginning Trulanion helped me through the entire claim process, sent regular claim updates and sent my reimbursement check ASAP!! I am so grateful I signed up when I did.
