Quick, Easy and an easy experience
ASPCA pet insurance works well for us. Claims are super easy and processed so quickly. We like being able to check the status and getting email updates. I can't imagine not having pet insurance! Great value!

best coverage
I switched to ASPCA about a year ago. Normally coverage was marginal with my old insurer and the payment to premium ratio was close. ASPCA is faster and the payout ratio is much better. My dog is usually very healthy but this year we had a temporary problem and the cost was very high. ASPCA took the sting out of that.

Best money I've ever spent
We have insured two kitties with Embrace for over 5 years and unfortunately have had to file claims a few times for each one. The amazing thing is that Embrace has been there each time to ease the financial burden of an already emotionally stressful time. They have also shown great customer service and empathy when communicating with us by phone or email. They have the most streamlined claims submittal form and process we have ever experienced. Reimbursement for covered care has always been no more than two weeks whether the it is for hundreds or thousands of dollars. We are Embrace customers for life.

Good choice
Reimbursement for cat medical expenses has gotten better. Now dental is covered and the per-incident amount is more, which is helpful. The only thing I would improve is perhaps prescription food. I have chronic/on going care insurance for my older cat, and her medical is covered, but not the food she needs to be on, which is very important (kidney disease).

The Best!
I have ASPCA insurance for both of my Labrador Retrievers. Unfortunately, I have had to use the insurance for both animals for surgery and emergency care. ASPCA insurance has been phenomenal in all aspects including coverage, customer service and prompt payment. I would not recommend any other insurance carrier. Overall comment: simply the best!

Review of ASPCA Insurance
I am not sure how long I have had this insurance but it has been since we got Bella. The policy has always been fair, always notified us of any changes, increases in premiums and it has been fair in payouts for claims. I am happy with this policy and intend to keep it. It has been especially gracious in payments during the current Cushions disease that Bella has had since Oct 2015 and I do appreciate that.

pets best takes forever to process a simple claim
It takes over a week after i submit the claim to receive communication about it. There is alwasy the excuse that there has been an overwhelming number of claims. Then they invariably state they need to get more info from the service provider. The service provider tells me they turn the info over in 24 hours. Then I wait another week. This is for the exact same medical claim type (hydrotherapy) over a period of a year. I think Pets Best needs to hire more staff.

Thank goodness Trupanion was there for us!
After 30 year having numerous dogs and cats, I 'finally' learned a valuable lesson! I could no longer handle the expense, especially now that I'm on old age pensions! My Chihuahua, Teeko Julio, recently needed his teeth cleaned! And because of his 'Alopecia', I decided it was time to investigate the cause further, so they did 3 biopsies. He had 12 extractions, including 9 , central incisors. UGH !The total cost would have been over $1500.00 I could never have afforded this amount! The costs re: Alopecia were not covered because it was a pre existing condition. I only paid about $900.00, this incl. my $250.00 deduction. I was so pleased. Toy dogs are really prone to bad teeth, gum disease etc. Now I'm learning to brush his teeth---what a difficulty, but I must do this for both of our sakes!
