EMBRAC Pet insurance is "THE BEST" in the market.
I have a 5yr old Samoyed - Dakota! He holds my heart in the his paws, and that is why I chose Embrace, I'm lucky to have been a Mom to 5 furry Samoyed's over the years, and have used and experienced several pet insurances, hands down Embrace is clearly the best. I recently had a wellness claim for preventative care - Heart Guard, Preventic flea and tick collar, etc. My claim was 100% paid in less than 5 day direct deposit, easy peasy! The customer service is untouchable by any other pet insurance provider, trust me I have been using pet insurance since it first appeared in the marketplace. I love Dakota and want only the best healthcare and pet insurance for him, that is why I chose Embrace Pet Insurance. Luv them! :)

Excellent Service
Our puppy was in his exercise pen while I was in the other room. I heard a horrible scream at which just about stopped my heart. I ran into the sunroom and found him screaming in pain. He had tried to move his exercise pen and had gotten his bottom jaw stuck in between the wires on the exercise pen. It broke his baby canine tooth and traumatized his jaw. He required surgery and antibiotics for an infection post surgery. He is now post surgery three weeks and doing very well. Healthy Paw Pet Insurance is wonderful. This is the first time that we have had pet insurance and weren't sure if we really needed it. Healthy Paws was very pleasant and helpful during his need. They have written follow up emails with well wishes and to check on him. Thank you for being there for us Healthy Paws.

I recently sent an e-mail to Healthy Paws just to thank them for their support with pet insurance for my dog Harry over the past months. This company is totally legit. I have had their insurance policy since June 2013 and I couldn't be happier with their customer service, claims process, and the way they honor exactly what the say they honor. Their claims process is flawless with very clear easy to read claim statements showing exactly what is covered and I normally receive an e-mail either the same day or the day after I submit a claim that it is processed and completed. Within a few days the check is in the mailbox. Last year my dog Harry had a condition in his left elbow called ununited anconeal process (UAP) or elbow dysplasia which required surgery to correct. It was a long road to recovery but with the help of Healthy Paws it made the experience much easier to swallow. I don't know how we would have been able to afford this very expensive surgery, but Healthy Paws was there every step of the way and I couldn't thank them enough for giving us the ability to take care of Harry the way he deserves to be taken care of. The thought of bringing Harry back to the rescue where we adopted him because of an inability to afford the procedure was a daunting thought at the time and was the last thing I wanted to do because my family loves him so much. He is a part of our family and has recovered very well from that surgery. I thank them for their support.

Healthy Paws is Awesome!
After one of our dogs threw a blood clot in her spine, and we spent countless dollars for surgery,etc., I said the next dog we get, we are getting insurance. Did some research and saw that Healthy Paws looked the best, and it was the best thing I ever did. Bella, our 3 year old Great Pyrenees/Golden mix contracted osteosarcoma in her right front "wrist." She had testing and amputation of the leg. I have to say she is doing great now! Healthy Paws has been fantastic through it all! Claims paid promptly, and follow-up e-mails asking about Bella. Just great customer service. I highly recommend Healthy Paws!

Very quick reimbursement time on multiple claims
Healthy Paws is such an easy, affordable and caring company to work with. I have had several claims with my fragile little Peanut(Shih Tzu). I had him at the vet 3 times in a week and each claim was processed on the very next day! I have already received my first reimbursement check and it's been less than a week. Thank you Healthy Paws!

Best Pet Decision Yet
After reviewing multiple policies, Healthy Paws appeared to have the best user satisfaction as well as the best coverage. I was so, SO right! I've had to take my little guy in for gastroenteritis three times now, each time performing various diagnostics to ensure that there wasn't a deeper issue. As soon as my vet faxed the claims to Healthy Paws (we're talking minutes here) I received a confirmation email indicating that the claim had been received. The emails stated that it could take up to 10 days for processing, yet I was emailed a second time with a detailed explanation of benefits and the amount that I would be reimbursed. This was for all three incidences. Timeliness was so helpful during these stressful periods. I was even emailed this past instance by the company to ensure that my pet was OK. They even asked if we could give him a hug from them. Caring, and fast fast fast. Don't hesitate, choose this company!

easy to use, wish it covered more
I have had a great experience with ASPCA insurance - it's definitely worth the investment for the peace of mind. However, I do with they covered a higher percentage of costs. I live in a city where vet bills are higher than the national average, and many times my statements come back with discounted benefits because the cost is too high for the procedure. Although they advertise that they cover up to 90% of vet bills, our experience is that they cover 30-50%.

Great experience
My almost 2.5 year old Newfie recently had quite a few visits to the vet; first for an ear infection, then a mysterious limp. Ultimately, the bills added up. It was really comforting to know that I would be reimbursed for a good chunk of the costs (post deductible), and Embrace didn't fail me. Without even speaking to a live person, I felt the communication was excellent. I received multiple emails and detailed explanation of benefits documents. I knew that owning a big dog was going to be expensive, and I'm very happy that I have good insurance with great service.

Amazing
My baby Jaxx was experiencing some severe stomach pain and I worry so much!! Thanks to Aspca insurance I had no monetary worries when taking Jaxx to the vet to get checked out! It seems he had lots of gas and tummy upset maybe onset of ulcers and they cleared him right up, and minus my deductible for the year we received 90% back, Thank you Aspca, glad I have you!!

Fantastic experience
My 6 mos lab puppy, Clark chewed and swallowed pieces of a toy. He ended up spending 2 nights in the vet hospital. Fortunately he was able to avoid surgery. He was treated with IV fluids, antibiotics, and pain meds and I am happy to say he is back to his old self. Healthy Paws had our claim processed within 24 hrs after we submitted the paper work. We got a check 3 days later and then a follow-up email a few days later asking how Clark was doing. Their customer service was exceptional and I highly recommend them for pet insurance!!!
