Timely and Easy
Our dog has skin allergies we visited our vet twice in 8 weeks.We had the nurse fill out the paperwork faxed it to ASPCA,received an email saying claim was received.Received payment 3 days later .Its great to know this insurance company cares about your pet as much as u do,this gives you ease of mind.

We got the insurance coverage for our new puppy not relizing that Trupanion doesn't really like to deal with insuring pet store bought puppies. Had we know this we would have gone to a different insurance company. The puppy came down with Parvo and had to be treated with 24 hour care that was recommended thru the attending vet. Trupanion has denied the claim stating that it was an pre-existing illness...but attending vet did not feel that the puppy had Parvo at the time she was seen. I have noticed that Trupanion on reviews, does not seem to want to take care of claims from pet store bought puppies...they should advise people who apply that they are not keen on this. I feel that they pick and chose on their polices. We are not happy with having to continue fighting with them but we will.

10/10 Great Service .. The Best Pet Insurance
This is my first experience with Pet Insurance, and so far, I'm very pleased and happy with Embrace Insurance. There is no doubt I will recommend Embrace to others and to our vet. My claim has been handled very quickly, and this company covers more than others and they have awesome customer service.

Excellent coverage and customer service
Customer services representatives are always friendly, patient, and provide answers that are easy to understand. The online system for claims is very user friendly and the payment turnaround time is amazingly fast. I would highly recommend this plan.

Amazing Customer Service!
I have been a customer of Pets Best for the past 3 years and had never submitted a claim before. When my dog wasn't himself the other day I took him to the vet to make sure he was okay. They ran some tests which came back good, but it was apparent that he had eaten something that made him very ill. When it came time to submit my claim, I called Pets Best with some questions and their customer service was terrific! They answered all my questions and made me feel better about the entire experience. I would recommend Pets Best to all pet owners!

I cannot tell you how happy I am with Healthy Paws!! One of the reasons I went with this insurance was the feedback on the great customer service, ease of submitting claims and speed of receiving the reimbursement checks. Quick and Easy Claim!
When our 6 month old puppy showed signs of a liver disease during a routine blood test and needed a biopsy, Trupanion was quick to answer our questions and process our claim. We are so thoroughly impressed with the service we have received during this time and the care and concern they have shown for us and our puppy.
