I love ASPCA pet insurance.
I have two German Shepherds. One had a urinary tract infection and had to be treated for it twice, and eye problems requiring a specialist and medications. The other GS has problems with her digestion of protein and had lost a lot of weight. That entailed costly lab tests, vet visits, and expensive medications to stabilize her. She continues doing well on those medications. ASPCA insurance has been very helpful by helping me pay for the expenses. I recommend them to all my friends who have dogs.

Healthy Paws is Outstanding!
I can't say enough about the excellent service I've received from Healthy Paws in the handling of my Rottweiler's cruciate and meniscus repair. From the moment I contacted them they were polite, compassionate and even offered to collect all of my dog's previous medical records for me. They kept me informed of the claim's progress every step of the way, and I received a check within the same week. I also love the fact that they help homeless animals, which contributed to my decision to choose Healthy Paws to insure my Stella.

No Contest - Healthy Paws is the Best
Unfortunately our three year old Shepherd/Husky mix has had a run of bad luck lately. First he ate an entire bottle of his joint supplement, then he found (and ate) an entire tray of brownies, then he slipped and fell on the ice, after that he developed pneumonia, and just to top it all off he got a cyst on his shoulder. All of this was within a six month period. I don't know what we would have done without Healthy Paws. It is almost indescribable how easy they make things. In each instance above we paid the vet and then were able to submit all claims via email by simply scanning the forms and receipts. I would receive an email confirmation when they got the paperwork and another when the claim was processed. SO EASY. I know they can't guarantee all their claims this fast, but most of them were same day! I tell everyone I know with a pet that they need to sign up with Healthy Paws. You can run the numbers all you want on this company or that company or this percentage or that, but the bottom line is that when you get into a tough spot where you have lots of vet bills in a short amount of time having these guys on your side makes all the difference. The last thing you want on top of a sick/injured animal is having to fight for coverage.

Wish I had found Healthy Paws from the get go.
Healthy Paws is the 3rd pet insurance company I have dealt with over 13 yrs. My first insurance company, I had to argue for all claims, the second one (after 8 yrs)dropped us after both my dogs were bitten by rattlesnakes, by the time I came across Healthy Paws, my dogs were 10 & 11 yrs old. I am so grateful that they insure senior dogs, and at a similar rate to my previous ins. company. I wish I had found them when my dogs were puppies, this way there would not be any pre-existing conditions not covered. The turnaround from submitting a claim to being reimbursed is impressive (1 week or less). I have not had to "fight" for any claims I have filed. With Healthy Paws there are no guessing games, they are clear concise and straightforward about any issues, questions that might arise and super kind about it. I tell anyone who asks about how fantastic Healthy Paws is.

Good Coverage
My Pup fell on ice and hurt both her knees. Claims were submitted to Embrace on 2/12/14 and check received on 3/21/14. This time included obtaining more in-depth information from the Veterinarian.

I've only been with Embrace since March 1, but so far, so good! The staff explains everything in terms I can understand and is upfront and honest about what is not covered (i.e., pre-existing conditions, etc.).

So quick and easy!
My Christmas season was less than merry when my dog was attacked by another dog on Christmas Eve. Thankfully all he needed was stiches, but as we all know that's an expensive fix when you're talking about stiches in a dog. Once the holiday season was over and Auggie was all healed I submitted my claim. I assumed it would take 4-6 weeks. Imagine my surprise when I recieved a check in the mail just 10 days after my claim was submitted! I've heard horror stories of other pet insurance companies not covering things or "fighting" the claim. No issues here. I love and will highly recommend Embrace to every pet owner I know!

We've had Embrace for about a year now and I am still extremely happy with our choice in pet insurance. Best Pet Insurance anywhere
My work started offering pet Insurance with another company, but I did my homework to see who provided the best coverage and options. After dealing with a dog who had to have a number of expensive surgeries, we knew we'd never have an un-insured pet again. Healthy paws has been wonderful to work with, and has helped me take care of my babies in all of their needs. My Labrador puppy had to have shoulder surgery last week, and there were no problems with the claim or of any of the claims that came before to figure out what the problem was. These guys really care. The frosting on the cake was when they emailed me to see how she was doing after surgery. When did your insurance company ever do that! I recommend Healthy Paws to everyone.
