Our puppy was bitten by another dog in the dog park... it was an emergency trip to the 24hr vets. The submitted the paperwork to Truepanion and Truepanion stepped in straight away, an email to advise they'd received the claim and an email the next day to say it had been processed. We had enough to worry about with our puppy and were extremely grateful that the worry of payment was taken away. Thanks Truepanion!

Trupanion processed my claim for my cat very quickly and and the claim was settled exactly as I expected it. I also appreciate that they sent me an email when they received the claim, and also when it was being processed, as well as letting me know by email how they were settling--all this before I got written confirmation in the mail. It was much easier and quicker than making a medical claim for my own medical expenses.

Couldn't be happier
My 6 year old Golden Retriever tripped in a hole while running and popped his hip out of place and tore his ACL. Healthy Paws was so extremely helpful during this whole process and would always keep me in the loop through emails or phone calls. I would always get notified when they received my paperwork or if something was missing. Once everything was processed, I was shocked to see how fast my reimbursement check came in the mail. I could not be happier with their amazing customer service.

Very Glad we have this for 3 Cats
With 3 cats, it is a revolving door to the Vets. It really pays to have pet insurance. Just one emergency can wipe out your finances. one of our babies has fragile health, and ASPCA has really helped out. Also I love the idea of supporting the humane treatment of animals.
