Such a Blessing.
We owned our pet 4 years before I knew insurance was offered for pets. We had not had any major issues but we Love Milo and would go to the bank if we needed to save his life. Insurance made perfect sense to us, why not. We were all insured and he should be too.We are so thankful for being informed of Pets Best Insurance. Approximately 6 months after purchasing our policy Milo had 3 emergency surgeries for bladder stones and complications from a Ruptured bladder. Milo is part of our family and to see him go through this was deviating to say the least. Having Pets Best Insurance on Milo did relieve some of the financial stress from the situation. Our claims were handled in a professional and very timely manner. Such a Blessing for our family.💗 🐶🐾💙

After taking my dog in several times for bladder infections, my vet recommended Trupanion pet insurance. The best thing I ever did!! Amazing customer service. They take the time to listen and address all your concerns. I accidentally threw away a refund check and they were gracious enough to reissue it for me. I doubt that would happen with another company. I recently added my other dog to my policy as well. Love this company!! Woof!

Trupanion saved Tuppence
Thank you thank you thank you for saving Tuppence's life. She was able to get the right care and treatment to overcome a tramatic and unexpected episode which resulted in ulcers in her esophagus and pneumonia. I am forever thankful to Trupanion. Every call I made to Trupanion was handled excellently and the process for submitting claims and the transperancy provided while those claims were processed were excellent. You are a great company with an amazing staff

Our Sherman, cat, would not be with us if it wasn't for Trupanion. He was blocked by a kidney stone in his right kidney for quite some time and needed emergency surgery to have it removed. The best surgeon for this procedure in the U.S. is luckily only an hour from our house. But even with that great advantage of being so close, it didn't mean we'd have the money out of pocket to cover this surgery. With a very up and down case, as most kidney patients are, we went into surgery hoping for the best. He survived the surgery and is working on getting back to a new normal. If it wasn't for the help of Trupanion covering 90% of his surgery and stay at NC State, we would have no other choice to have turned the other way. I am eternally grateful for this insurance company and what it has offered to both the veterinarians on his case as well as piece of mind for me and my husband, knowing we're giving him the best chance! THANK YOU!

Kidney Failure cat
Im so glad I got pet insurance! Embrace has covered all claims regarding my cat's kidney failure, even her kidney food is covered under wellness-though I wish it were considered under our illness/accident benefits since it is a prescription diet. I would also prefer to have the claim processed before we pay our amount due because costs can be hard to cover in advance when waits for reimbursement are variable. All in all though, a great experience, so much that I added the rest of my pets to my plan!
